I always stay in this hotel ! I even leave things stored for months and the process is smooth. HEB is just behind the hotel safe and walkable plus you get entrance to the lomas deportivo which would be like the equivalent to a YMCA I guess. Breakfast included and always get my upgrade !

I did not receive a VIP room or service during our stay. Upon checking in, we noticed there was a significant amount of water next to the toilet. The maintenance staff responded and took some towels but never returned with clean ones. Additionally, I didn’t realize that there was no hot water in the bathroom until the next morning, just as I was about to take a shower before checking out.
