The building overlooks the central Piazza Fontana and is located halfway between the amusement park and the beach, just 300 meters from the sea. This one-bedroom apartment, suitable for 2-4 people and equipped with air conditioning, is on the second floor without an elevator. It features a living room with a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds, a TV, a kitchenette, a windowless bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom, a terrace, and a shared parking space (not guaranteed).
