Casa Blanca is a beautifully recently refurbished private self-catering villa. More than enough room for the eight (8) people the villa can accommodate.
Private parking is located on the property.

As you relax in one of the two indoor living areas, there is plenty of room to spread out. In the main living area, you can even enjoy a game of 8 Ball Pool or Ping Pong! Equipped with several dining areas, there is plenty of room to grill out while you enjoy the Tenerife sun. There are plenty of areas for you to sunbathe, with most of the outdoor terrace catching the sun all day long. The pool is very large and has plenty of room for everyone! Please be aware that if you wish to have the pool heated this is an **additional charge 100.00 EUR a week** . Eight sunbeds are provided for your use. From the beautiful new well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, to the plentiful outside terrace areas, this property will give your family all the room and comfort you desire.

Layout
- Living Area: here you will enjoy two distinct sitting areas. Also occupying this space is a Pool table and Ping Pong table. This house is the ultimate fun house for one or two families. Equipped with satellite TV and strong internet. Off the living space is a dining area that sits 6 comfortably. The kitchen is located next to the dining area and is very convenient to prepare your favourite meals and enjoy the company of anyone sitting there. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. The terrace and pool area have plenty of chairs for sunbathing, and plenty of room to spread out!

Want to be outside? Directly connected to this dining area is a covered terrace and table for eight! Also located in the covered terrace is the gas grill.

- The master bedroom is very large with a king-sized bed, bedside table, lamps and features an en-suite full bathroom with a shower.
- Bedroom 2 has two (2) single beds and fitted wardrobes.
- Bedroom 3 is located behind the twin room and has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 4 has a queen bed with fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.
There are three (3) brand new full-sized bathrooms (one is en-suite with bedroom one) complete with a walk-in showers, WC's and basins.

**Air conditioning is chargeable at 70.00 EUR a week**
