Appartement avec vue directe sur la mer disposant d'un bon confort. L'essentiel est mis à disposition pour passer un séjour agréable. L'accès à la piscine est appréciable.Quelques points sont néanmoins à préciser pour les futurs locataires:- l'appartement ne dispose pas de deux salles de bain et la surface indiquée, c'est à dire la surface habitable intérieure, n'est que de 68m2. La terrasse extérieure est à disposition.On a eu du mal à trouver l'adresse exacte des lieux, le positionnement sur Google map précisé sur l'annonce conduit à un autre quartier de la ville. Le recours à la messagerie a été nécessaire. De même, il y a lieu de préciser qu'il existe deux places drnuméros 25 sur le site et que la vidéo fournie, qui dure 9 secondes, ne permet pas de comprendre tout de suite où est le bon emplacement qui se trouve devant l'immeuble à côté. Dès l'arrivée on occupe naturellement l'emplacement 25 devant la location sauf s'il est déjà occupé, ce qui a nécessité une nouvelle intervention auprès de la messagerie. A noter la bonne réactivité de notre interlocuteur.
