This place was such a cute, clean and welcoming hotel. Close to el centro and you walk everywhere. It has a cute rooftop lounge and pool when you can see the parroquia.

My booked 2 rooms at the Hotel Madi and had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and was cleaned all four days we were there. The air conditioning kept our room nice and cool which is so important to me. The staff was very attentive and had someone that spoke English to help us throughout our stay. The breakfast was a small buffet that was "home-cooked" and delicious! I enjoyed using the pool and deck area. The views from the deck are stunning. The hotel is a short walk to the downtown the historical sights, many restaurants, shops and markets. Only negatives were that the rooms were pretty small and there was not great water pressure in our shower. But the positives heavily outweighed the negatives and we would definitely book again.

Pretty hotel. Good location. Walking distance from plaza and churches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and the water was nice and warm. Hotel has elevators! Our hotel room was clean but very small with no extra storage besides the closet. We were living out of our suitcases because there was nowhere to put our stuff. Breakfast was ok. No variety. Same thing everyday-scrambled eggs, chilaquiles, pre wrapped fruit, pancakes and toast. Nothing freshly made, just sitting in warmers, maybe it’s because there is no restaurant in the hotel. We were there for four days. I guess it did its job.
