Artistic small hotel in the center of the town. The room was kept clean every day, the rooms are large. I really would rexommend this hotel. They do give free bottles of water but it might be more helpful to have water in the common area that guests can help themselves to and refill water bottles to.

The hotel was quint. Our room was on the first floor, right off the dining area. I worried it was going to be loud but the restaurant closed at 8pm. The room was spacious for 3 adult women. We only spent one night so did not get to try their food but it smelled good. The coffee was delicious.

The property was beautiful and convenient, with kind staff. It was less than a 10 minute walk from almost everything I wanted to do in San Miguel de Allende, for a very affordable price. Would absolutely stay again!

The hotel is located within walking distance to everything, the hotel is old but well keep. The staff was very friendly, if you stay in one of the 3 first rooms, you probably will hear the staff early in the morning. The parking lot is 3 block far from the hotel.

Hotel is somewhat noisy during the day due to an on-site restaurant. Made it hard to take a siesta in the hot afternoon. Location is very close to central square however, traffic is constant on the street. Online pictures made the room look batter than it is.

The location was just a very short walk to the Jardin (main square) and was still pretty quiet due to the way the rooms are situated. I was on the second floor. This is a much older building so there are some interesting older things like total concrete, so you can’t hear the next room!! The ceiling in my room was low,, but that was good, because then I could “deal” better with the occasional crawling thing or two! Overall, the room was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful!

This hotel is in a very good location, the price is very good and it’s very clean. If I’m the owner, I will change the colour, from outside the rooms, it’s a very strong red.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean, except for the small couch which should be replaced. Our room was up a long staircase, but the staff helped carry luggage for us. Could not get a coffee before 8:30am when cafe/bar opened. Very well located.

Terrible check in & no help from hotels.com

Terrible check in. I did appreciate that they let me check in 2 hours earlier than their check in time when all I wanted to was to drop off my luggage. However, they insisted that I had not paid for the stay when I had made full payment on hotels.com over 2 weeks earlier. So I had to make another payment at a higher rate to get a room. After 2 cases, 3 chats with hotels.com over 3.5 days still issue is unresolved. Most likely have to initiate a charge back to get their attention.
