Valva: El hotel me encantó en general: lindo, cómodo y con excelente ambiente. El servicio fue muy bueno y me sentí súper a gusto durante mi estadía. Lo único que mejoraría es el baño, que me resultó un poco incómodo en diseño y espacio. Fuera de eso, la experiencia fue excelente y sin duda volvería.

all was wonderful with the exception of the cancel policy. When we booked, it indicated that the reservation could be changed up to a certain date. However, we had to cut our reservation by one night because of our flight departed way earlier than expected and we had to wake up at 2.30 am. and decided to spend the night in Leon instead of San Miguel. We tried to cancel withing the limits allowed as per Nena"s policies, just to be told we couldn{t do it and it became a big issue. We were told that we had 3 month credit for that night we didn{t use, which is ridiculous as we do not plan to go back to San Miguel for at least the next year! We"re not Mexicans to be traveling that often to San Miguel again. That was the only disappointment. Their cancelation reservation policy is not what they advertise in Expedia.

The restaurant was not good; the coffee was cold and too strong. The staff was very friendly. I did not use the pool, but the water was at a very nice temperature. hotel was clean and excelent location.
