This is a GREAT Three Bedroom/Two Bath 1540 square foot remodeled unit. The primary bedroom with king bed has a sitting area and its own private veranda that overlooks the pool, beach, and Caribbean. This is a split-level unit taking the second and third level. Entrance is from the second level where you will find the kitchen, living room with a sleeper sofa, a bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed. There is a veranda overlooking the pool, beach, and Caribbean Sea from this level as well. The next level has the primary bedroom with a king bed and the third bedroom with twins that can be made into a king upon request. There is also a bathroom on this level. This unit can sleep a max of 8 guests.

Sunset Beach Resort is a 13 unit 3 building complex and 200 feet of beachfront - you heard me - 200 feet of beachfront for only 13 units. You will not feel overcrowded here.

Sunset Beach is located 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town in a quiet residential community. Town is an easy stroll on a bicycle or a quick golf cart ride. We have even walked to town on the beach numerous times. Returning to the peace and tranquility of the south will not disappoint you.

Once you book I will contact you with all the details that you will need. I can also assist you with your local flights to the island, a golf cart rental, and any excursions you may be interested in. My documents will include the many tips and suggestions for San Pedro with restaurants, beach bars, where to grocery shop, get coffee, etc. I will provide a detailed itinerary before your arrival and list the important phone numbers you many need. I am also available at any time via a phone call, text, or e-mail. There is also an on site concierge that will be great with assisting you with all your needs once you arrive.
