Excellent stay again

This is the fourth year I have booked this property. I love the location and also the condo. Alvar, the property manager is great to work with and I always feel relieved that he will be handling the details of my stay. This year there was an issue with the less than 1 year old water heater not working. Alvar was immediately on it trying to get it rectified and keeping me informed on every step of the repairs. The water heater ended up having to be replaced during my stay. I reported the issue and it was taken care of. I highlight this not because of the issue of the water heater failure but because I want to highlight that the issue was taken care of ASAP. When you are renting someone's property it is nice to know that if a problem occurs it will be handled efficiently and promptly. I look forward to returning and staying here again.

-sehr hohe Sicherheit -ruhige Gegend, nur gelegentlich Unterhaltungsprogramm vom nahe gelegenen Ressort zu hören -nichts fĂŒr BewegungseingeschrĂ€nkte, da im 2.Stock gelegen und im Apartment schmale Treppe zur Dachterasse -Restaurants und Kioske in LaufnĂ€he -immer Parkplatz vorm Haus vorhanden -Strandnah zum Public Beach Dominicus, der jedoch unattraktiv, da zu kurz + schmal -Pool fĂŒr Nachbarschaft ohne Sonnenliegen -gute Erreichbarkeit der Kontaktperson bei Fragen/ Problemen jeglicher Art via WhatsApp -Dachterasse fĂŒr Chillen + Mahlzeiten genial, auch mit OpenAirBad (Dusche + Toilette) Yakuzi war super -gute DurchlĂŒftung auch ohne Aircondition
