*If you use the BBQ, please use the provided BBQ cleaning equipment to leave the BBQ clean for the next guest. If the cleaners have to clean the BBQ after you, there will be an extra $45 fee added onto the cleaning fee.
*The cleaning fee covers a standard clean only. If cleaners are forced to stay longer, due to guests lack of care, then BnB Host Management reserve the right to pass those extra costs onto the guest.
*There will be a minimum fine of $200 as a consequence for smoking, partying or bringing in unapproved animals.
*Please DO NOT REMOVE the large bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in the bathroom/s, Dishwashing Liquid, Rinse Aid & Disinfectant Wipes in the kitchen.
