This one is really hard for me to rate, communication at first was great! Very informative & helpful, however, when I asked for the laundry room key, I was asked if I needed to do laundry, I said yes, I have kids staying with us, we don’t like to travel home with dirty clothes. The key was not located where it was supposed to be, we moved everything in the area I was told the key would be, then after numerous messages with no response the following day or two I was told the key would be by the window outside, the key was not there, then miraculously the key appeared to be inside where they initially said it was, I believe someone went inside the property when we were not there ( I don’t think that’s right?)Anyhow, we finally got the key to the laundry, and we realize the house was never ready for us, the first few days we had no blankets, the beds were not made, only sheets, all the bedding was in the wash, toilets were not clean, there was urine behind the seats, there was no paper towels, no toilet paper, we had to buy our own toilet paper. I honestly think they need a better cleaning person.I think the owners are very nice and maybe they don’t know who’s cleaning the place. I hate writing this review because it was the perfect place for us, I would have totally stayed there again. Please note, I have no proof that someone went inside while our stuff was there but we looked for that key thoroughly, there are only three things on the top shelf. NO Hot water to shower.
