It is located in Sarriegi Square, where every morning the traditional market of flowers and vegetables is celebrated.
It has a beautiful terrace that overlooks the square. Being oriented to the south, it is very bright and sunny all year. Ideal for breakfast, dinner or have a drink in it.
It has a bedroom with double bed and living room, very beautiful, both with large windows outside the terrace.
The toilet is also ideal and very comfortable, for adults and children.

The apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay, close to everything we wanted to see and do and with nearby, safe and convenient parking for our car (independent from the booking and with a reasonable fee). Our travel plans changed last minute and our host was very accommodating, helping us navigate arrival after midnight - all went well and it was lovely to arrive to a cozy apartment and comfortable bed. Highly recommend the property.

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location on the edge of the old town. Very walkable to everything. Host is readily contactable and extremely helpful. Heads up to older or less able potential visitors that there is no elevator access so you will need to navigate the stairs but only to the first floor. Also that there is a bar located downstairs next door and this can get a bit noisy at night - the apartment has double glazed windows so not a problem provided you keep those shut.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Its location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the old town with an abundance of Pintxos bars and restaurants. You can also be at La Concha beach in a matter of minutes! La Concha was a real highlight for us. It is lovely. The check in process was easy and the communication from Miren was brilliant!!!! The apartment itself is very spacious with everything you need, including a washing machine. We had travelled from the Pyrénées, so being able to wash and dry our hiking clothes was a real bonus. Thank you Miren for a fantastic stay, wish we’d had longer (2 nights wasn’t enough). If we’re in San Sebastián again, we would book this apartment! We have also recommended it to friends and family.

Great San Sebastian Apartment

We stayed in the apartment for 8 days in June, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is located in the heart of San Sebastián’s Old Town, overlooking the lively Sarriegi Square. It features a full kitchen, a spacious living area, a comfortable bedroom, and bathroom.The location is ideal—you can walk to everything. The Old Town itself is charming, full of atmosphere, and just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful La Concha Beach.Mirren and her husband Carlos were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We highly recommend this apartment!

As I said great location, a very cleaned nice apartment perfect for two persons, close to the train station.It is on the first floor, but there are steep stairs that made a little difficult to handle baggage!Overall is located near a lot of good places to eat, San Sebastian is beautiful and everything is very close by, food is delicious and have very good transportation.

Perfect Apartment for Us

The location of this apartment is perfect. Being in Sarriegi Place it is buzzing and a great place for people watching but once you close the double glazed doors it is quiet. Miren and Carlos are perfect hosts who are very easy to contact and very caring about your stay and that it is enjoyable. The apartment was small but had everything we needed and lots of little additions that make it homey such as in the kitchen there was oil, vinegar, condiments, paper towel etc. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.We were able to walk to everything. The list of restaurants and sightseeing suggestions from Miren were great and didn’t disappoint.San Sebastián is absolutely beautiful, noisy, lively and fun!

We had a wonderful time at this San Sebastián apartment! The location in Old Town was perfect. It was very easy to walk to everything! 4 Days in San Sabastian

Miren is a terrific host. Her apartment in Old Town was perfect for our stay. Many restaurants, beaches, hiking trails, shops, and bus routes are nearby.The condo was cozy on some cooler December nights. It was spotless and had comfortable furniture. Miren provided excellent recommendations for some tapas bars to eat at. I highly recommend you go to SSua for tapas or a meal - it was terrific. San Sabastian is a beautiful town.

Lovely charming apartment on the edge of old town

While getting into the flat seemed complex ultimately it wasn't. Once you have the keys it was easy. The location was on a small square on the edge of old town which can get busy but quiets down by 11pm which seemed unique compared to how busy the rest of old town was in San Sabastian. The host was great and suggested some great restaurants to go eat at and responded to all of our questions. A successful stay to a new place on our journey in Spain.

Great location, but not quite as close to the beach as advertised. Check in process is a little unusual, but works. On a noisy active plaza but the apartment is reasonably quiet. Well appointed, clean and attractive space.
