4 Bdrm 2.5 baths, private pool and spa, Putting Green, on the Golf Course!

Welcome to our paradise in the Valley of the Sun! In 2012 we purchased this 2,650 sq. ft., beautiful home and upgraded it into a private resort with a large pool, spa (hot tub), built-in natural gas BBQ, gas fire pit, and your own putting green. All located next to the second hole green of the beautiful Johnson Ranch golf course. The house is perfectly situated so there is morning sun and afternoon shade. Please note: the pool is only heated upon request and for an additional fee, depending on the time of year. Please let us know if you want the pool heated when you make an inquiry.

The large kitchen has beautiful granite counters and all stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer in the large laundry room were replaced in 2022. The 60 inch LED TV and bluray/DVD player are located in the family room, right off the kitchen. There are many streaming options using one of our devices or a device you bring with you, such as a Firestick. There is a beautiful three-piece slate pool table with all of the accessories.

The master suite is a haven of itself, with a King size bedroom set, and a huge master bath consisting of a soaking tub, separate shower, large vanity and sink area, and a huge walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms have a Queen size bed and plenty of closet space. We have furnished the home for the convenience of those who have small children, with a playpen, booster chair and highchair. The large den/loft has a high speed internet connection and a wireless TV and printer. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the entire house. If you feel the need to exercise there is a Bowflex exercisor, a Pro-Form treadmill and golf clubs.

Our home is only 1 mile to the golf course club house, and many restaurants are only a couple minutes away. The Queen Creek shopping center is only 15 minutes away and the large San Tan Village mall and the Superstition Springs mall are 35 minutes away.

Johnson Ranch boasts a beautiful 18 hole championship golf course, 3 community pools, several parks with play equipment, a free, 9 hole pitch and putt course, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and a free fishing pond. Make sure to take in all the bright stars, satellites and occasional shooting stars you see in the evenings.

Great place to stay

The property was as described and in a great location. Great communication from the owners. We spent time lounging by the pool and in the hot tub and also took in activities close to the property, such as pickleball, golf and hiking. It was a perfect stay!

Great home for a family trip!

We were visiting from CA. we had a great time in this beautiful home. Check in was easy, home was supplied with adequate bedding, towels for pool and extra bath supplies. I would highly recommend this spacious home for a large family stay. The host, Tom allowed us to have a later check out since there was no other people arriving after. The pool table and golf course outside is a great addition and my family enjoyed our stay.

Perfect mom/son getaway

We honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay. This was our first vacation following my son’s graduation from college, and it was absolutely perfect, largely due to the wonderful place to call home while we were away. Even with cooler temperatures, the pool felt great. The hot tub was exactly what we needed in the evenings. My son really enjoyed golfing the course that was just behind the house. The hour drive to the Phoenix Open didn’t bother us at all. They were lots of fun things to do within a 60 mile radius. Everything we could ever need we found at the house. The owners truly have thought of everything. Communication was excellent. We truly felt at home. We will definitely be back.

The property is just as described. Nice 4 bedroom (1 king & 3 queens), 2 Âœ bath home. The amenities were great (pool, patio, putting green; there’s also a nice spa & bbq, we didn’t use because of the temperature, but would be great during cooler months.
