Overlooking the sea, Villa "Ida Isuledda" in San Teodoro is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The two-storey accommodation consists of two flats and is located on a large plot with a private pool, garden and barbecue area. Both flats are equipped with a kitchen and living room with TV and Wi-Fi. The flat on the first floor also offers a terrace with sea view, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with double bed and bedroom 3 with bunk bed) and therefore sleeps 6 people. The flat on the ground floor has a small covered terrace, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (bedroom 4 with a queen size bed, bedroom 5 with two single beds and bedroom 6 with a single bed and a bunk bed, so there is room for 7 people). The entire villa is perfectly usable with two families and can accommodate up to 13 people. In addition, a cot and a high chair are available. Washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron are part of the equipment. With two parking spaces at the villa, arriving by car is no problem.



With a walk across the road you can reach the beautiful beach "Spiaggia dell' Isuledda" there you can, with a bit of luck, watch flamingos near the beach.

The town centre is 30 minutes walk away and Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is 30 minutes by car. The famous beaches of La Cinta, Spiaggia Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi are 15 min away by car.
