Villa Lilla is a beautiful historic residence on the beach of San Vincenzo. Renovated a few years ago, the house has luxurious furnishings, with fine finishes, for total comfort.
The house is located in Via Sardegna 8, in the center of San Vincenzo, a few steps from the pedestrian course and the tourist port. The beach in front of the house is both free and equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, the water is low and very clear.

The accommodation

Villa Lilla is located directly on the beach, a stone's throw from the center of San Vincenzo. Recently renovated with quality materials, it can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. It has 4 terraces, and has a total area of 208 square meters.

The entire second floor of the house will be one of our exclusive guests. They will have the opportunity to enjoy the open spaces, thanks to the 4 terraces in the house and furnished with outdoor lounges.
The house has every comfort:

A few minutes from the house are the best restaurants on the coast.

Excursions to Elba Island, Capraia and Pianosa depart daily from the tourist port of San Vincenzo.

What a wonderful house this is - the view out the front window was the highlight of our family trip, we spent evenings watching the sun go down together. The steps up to the house are quite steep if you have any injured or elderly guests. The decor is chic. Lovely showers and bathrooms. The town is really lovely to explore. Our host was really responsive, and had an amazing detailed booklet outlining all the great things to do in the area, which was valuable to us! It would have been helpful to have a guest information book with some details about the house. Zero complaints, we wish we could have stayed longer!
