Idéalement située

Cette maison est idéalement située, à 5min à pied d’une plage agréable (sable ou rocher au choix) dans une petite copropriété calme et bien tenue. La maison est très agréable avec ses terrasses exposées différemment pour profiter au mieux de l’ombre ou du soleil, bien agencée et spacieuse. Nous avons fort apprécié la climatisation qui nous a permis de supporter les températures caniculaires. Francesco est un hôte très cordial, toujours prêt à aider et conseiller, grâce à qui nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf's Meer

Wir waren zu sechst in diesem schönen Haus mit einer unglaublich schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf's Meer und die Berge. Jetzt im September ging die Abendsonne direkt vor unseren Augen im Meer unter. Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus mit zwei Doppelzimmern, eines davon auf der Empore, und einem kleineren Zweibettzimmer. Insgesamt hat das Haus eine sehr schöner Atmosphäre. San Vito lo Capo ist eine schöne kleine lebendige Stadt mit einem langen wunderschönen sandigen Stadtstrand, ein weiterer Sandstrand ist in wenigen Minuten vom Haus aus zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie der Naturpark Zingaro, den man direkt hinter dem Haus über einen Wanderweg erreichen kann. Der Hausbesitzer hat uns viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Wanderungen gegeben.

Bellissima Villetta

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nella splendita villa Patrizia, la villa e pulita e attrezzata di tutto, dalla veranda si puo godere una splendida vista sul mare e ammirare dei tramonti mozzafiato. San Vito Lo Capo e raggiungibile in un paio di minuti in auto. Perchi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla la villa e perfetta per non parlare del proprietario disponibile gentile e pronto ad aiutarti in qualsiasi modo.Grazie sig. Francesco ci rivredemo il prossimo anno.

Urlaub in der Villa Graziano

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Sowohl Macari als auch San Vito Lo Capo haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und der Ausblick auf das Meer unbezahlbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Es ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil einen fahrbaren Untersatz zu haben, denn der Weg zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, Tabacchi und Restaurant ist nur mit einem ordentlichen Anstieg zu erreichen. Empfehlen können wir einen Ausflug zu Naturschutzgebiet mit den wunderschönen Buchten.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus, teils zu zweit, teils zu fünft. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse wunderbar, das Meer in Fussdistanz. Wir können Villa Graziano unbedingt empfehlen.

Sehr gut ausgetattetes Haus!

Das hat eine perfekte ruhige Lage und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Besitzer ist sehr zuverlässig und der Service (neue Handtücher, Bettwäsche) funktioniert einwandfrei und problemlos. Mieten seit vielen Jahren Häuser in diesem Ort, und dieses war mit Abstand das Beste, auch vom Preis.

Splendida Villa in ottima posizione

La villa corrisponde in pieno alla descrizione anzi è ancora più bella di come risulta dalle foto. Molto comodo il giardino esterno specie per le famiglie con bambini piccoli e con un splendida vista sula baia. Una lode particolare per il proprietario Francesco, sempre disponibile che ci ha messo a disposozione anche un pass per il parcheggio a San Vito.

Splendida villa in ottima posizione.

La villa è molto curata, pulita e ben arredata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il giardino ed il pergolato esterno, sopratutto per chi ha bambini che possono giocare liberamente all'aperto, per non parlare del panorama. La posizione della villa è ottima, in quando abbastanza distante dalla confusione di San Vito e appena sopra alla bellissima Baia Santa Margherita. Un appunto particolare al proprietario Francesco sempre disponibile e gentile.

Great holidays

We had spend great holidays in this beautiful house. Everything was as it was said in the description. The owner Francesco was very friendly and helpful and speaks very good english. A nice sandy beach was in Sant Magherita just near the house in walking distance. St. Vito is very nice with good restaurants for the evening. You have also the possibility to make nice excursions to Erice or Segesta.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful Villa. With the pretty decoration in all the rooms, you feeling comfortable and "like at home" from the first day. The beach is not far and the view to the hills from the terrace is marvelous. I am sure we will come back some Time.

Inanzitutto, vogliamo ringraziare i proprietari che sono stati di una cordialità, disponibilità simpatia e serviabilità (se si dice) senza nome. La casa : proprio come descritta e forse anche di più..arredata con gusti e molto più importante come una casa abitata. Francesco, mancano solo due cosine : 1) per ospiti stranieri ci vuole una cafettiera elettrica per la prima colazione,per un caffe americano..le due italiane messe a disposizione non bastano :-)...2) Per noi che abbiamo trascorso 3 bellissime settimane, ci vuole anche un forno. Esterno : anche li un arredamento perfetto (perché sono pignola, forse aggiungerei uno o due lettini). Ma più dell'arredamento, una vista stupenda in prima linea, sulla baia, il monte Cofano e i tramonti stupendi. Ancora grazie di tutto. Continuate cosi, sempre con i sorrisi e la disponibilità che ci avete regalato Tom, Michaël, Fred e Suzy

INDIMENTICABILE !

Villa Patrizia è posta in una posizione fantastica. Come ci ha detto il proprietario Francesco alla sera si vede tramontare il sole nella baia Santa Margherita. ED E' VERO. Casa curatissima, accogliente, pulita, spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie e con 3 bimbi, la sua abitabilità è ben divisa. La spiaggia di baia Santa Margherita è di sabbia, vicina, ideale per i bambini. Cose da migliorare è la ricezione per i cellulari, se possibile, e collegare il tv ad un decoder digitale terrestre con carta tv sat. Non mi resta che dire una sola cosa: Francesco Grazie. Ciao

Bellissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato a "Villa Patrizia" (così si chiama) per due settimane, 2 adulti + 2 bimbi. La casa è bellissima, ancora più bella rispetto alle foto. Circondata su due lati da una spettacolare veranda con vista sulla Baia di Santa Margherita (consigliabilissima a chi vuole un po' più di tranquillità rispetto alla gettonatissima e centralissima spiaggia di San Vito). L'interno è grande con camere con comodissimi letti e con tutte le dotazioni necessarie (e con due bagni che fanno sempre comodo). Francesco, il proprietario, è sempre stato disponibilissimo. La struttura è quindi sicuramente da consigliare e...da non perdere! Qualche piccolo consiglio per il proprietario? Dotare la casa di una lavastoviglie e di una scheda SKY per il decoder satellitare.
