With sandy frontage at the water’s edge, and 125’ of PRIVATE frontage on the lake, you and your family are sure to want to book this home year after year. Relax by the fire pit roasting marshmallows with the kids, or having a glass of wine as the sunsets.

The deck off the home is expansive and allows a great area to gather and watch the activities below as well as a great spot to watch for wildlife.

At this lakefront offering you will enjoy kayaking and canoeing, small motor boats (10 hp limit) and fun fishing for all levels, Hermit Lake has something for everyone. Close to the highway and once you are here, the "real world" seems lifetimes away. The home is "perfect" and ready for you to use this summer.

Winter brings the opportunity for Snowmobiling, Ice fishing, and much more!

The main area has a ceiling fan, each bedroom has a floor fan, and an AC on the main area that should cool the whole floor. The basement stays cool year round so no fans down there.

Other things to note
Staircase: Please note that our charming property features a unique spiral staircase. While it adds a unique architectural touch, it's important to know that the staircase is tight and may pose a challenge for older individuals or young children. Exercise caution and ensure supervision if you have mobility concerns or are traveling with little ones.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that decks will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!

Please remember to bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit the beach, as we only supply bath towels.
