There will be no delay in feeling right at home, as this getaway offers a spacious layout for the whole family to spread out in, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range for easy meal prep. Come summer, step out to the large backyard and fire up the gas grill, or take a dip in the hot tub as the kids play on the lawn or play in the treehouse and the adults reminisce about the day's activities. Plus, with a large sofa and TV, you will have a perfect space to kick back and settle down with a movie night as the stars come out. Take advantage of the Starlink internet to catch up on remote work or comfortably browse online after an exciting day. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of, and the main bedroom even has an en-suite bath with a jetted spa tub!

Though this getaway feels secluded, you won't have to venture far for a day full of fun. Come winter the skiers of the group will be chomping at the bit to get a taste of fresh powder at Schweitzer Mountain Resort sitting just 10 miles from your front door. When you want to head into town, make your way four-and-a-half miles south to downtown Sandpoint and walk along the charming streets to pop into local shops and restaurants. When the weather heats up, Lake Pend Oreille will provide more than enough summer fun for the whole family to enjoy!

If you don’t feel like driving up the mountain to the Schweitzer Resort, the Schweitzer Shuttle parking lot offering free shuttle services to Schweitzer is only 1.3 miles away from the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
