Newly renovated unique & modern 1,400 sq ft condo with balcony, 2 bedrooms, second bedroom is in the loft area and it is an open shared space, and 2 full bathrooms, spacious, located in the best location in downtown Sandusky

Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door.

You will enjoy the unique décor and the modern feel during your stay with us as the interior of the condo is thoughtfully decorated and designed. The condo is very colorful and bright. The main level of the condo has a master bedroom with a king bed. The master bathroom is located on the main level. The master bathroom is very spacious with a shower/tub combo. The main level of the condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, dining and living area, and an office work space.

In the two-level condo there is a spiral staircase that takes you to the loft area. The second bedroom is located in the loft area of the condo and it is an open shared space. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom in the loft area. In the loft area there is a full size bed and 2 twin beds. A full bathroom is also located on the second floor of the condo with a shower. Entertainers dream with a Ms. Pac-Man video game, huge Connect Four wall game, and board games to enjoy during your stay. There are 3 TV's with streaming device located throughout the condo in the living room, master bedroom, and in the loft area.

** The second bedroom is in the loft area and it is an open shared space. It is not a private bedroom.

***Important items to read prior to booking. **

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 8 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. The condo is equipped with a Minut noise monitor. This device does not record or store any personal data. Violation will result in immediate removal without refund. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

** The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures and weather permitting.

**Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise.

**There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.

This is one of the best VRBO's I have stayed in. The hosts do a fantastic job communicating with check in. Response to questions was quick as well. They do not miss a thing you need, pool towels, plenty of pillows and blankets, coffee & tea, cooking supplies, cups, bowls, plates ....... Super Clean and tidy unit as well. The location right on the water is awesome, especially if you love to fish or just have drink by the harbor or water. We are definitely coming back next year to stay in same place. A perfect week!

We had a fantastic week in Sandusky. I was born and raised there and love visiting every summer to show my kids how amazing it is. The condo was in a perfect location to get to the Jet Express and July 4th activities. It was clean and safe and well stocked with everything we needed, including pool towels. The hosts are responsive and helpful. A great place that we would love to stay at again! Thank you!

Absolutely perfect location when visiting Sandusky. Chris and Jamie are absolutely the best hosts. Every detail is thought out, check in is clear and easy. We felt very welcomed with snacks and a personal note on arrival. We are out but certain we could have cooked with all the supplies on hand. Steps to the Jet Express ferry and so close to Cedar Point. They were excellent communicating during our stay as we decide to stay an extra night after visiting Put-in Bay. The pool and hot tub were perfect.I am certain this has to be the best place to stay in the area! Look forward to staying again in the future.

Everything you need!

This loft has everything you might need. It’s in a great location, equipped with all of the amenities and more, and the hosts were great at communication. The hand written card wishing us a happy anniversary was such a nice touch. We would highly recommend this stay to everyone and would come back in a heart beat!

A Top Notch Experience

Staying at this properties has been one of the best booking experiences I've had. The place was nice, clean, and had everything you could want. The host communicated very well and was always available if needed and went the extra mile to make our stay amazing. Great Condo, Great Location

Chris and Jamie provided detailed condo info and checkin instructions, including a cool checkin video. The condo is VERY nice and located in prime location to walk to live music, the jet boat water taxi to Put-In-Bay, and a quick drive to walleye charters. When returning to Sandusky, this will be our first choice!

Exceptional Property

I have stayed at many VRBO properties but this one was one of the best! It is a beautiful condo and furnished exceptionally! It is spotless. They have thought of everything. I wish we had been there a day or two longer to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and cozy. We were all adults and loved it but it would be perfect for a family group. Privacy for mom and dad with the downstairs master bedroom and bath and the huge loft and bath upstairs for the kids. The hosts could not have been nicer or more responsive! Thank you and I will definitely recommend your property! 5 starts all the way around!

Beautiful condo

This condo was a great place to stay for our fall vacation! We enjoyed the beautiful condo and the area around it. The condo was amazingly clean and decorated beautifully. The hosts were very thorough and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking. It was only about a 10 minute drive to Cedar Point and right on the water. If we ever come back to Sandusky, we would love to stay here again!

Exceptional in every way!

We have stayed in lots of VRBO properties and, this was the cleanest, most equipped property we have visited. It was obvious that the hosts took great pride and effort in trying to give their clients the best experience possible. The property is convenient to visiting Cedar Point and walkable to other sites like the Lake Erie waterfront and Sandusky museums. The condo is beautiful and spacious with 2 full baths. Beds are comfy and towels and linens are full and luxurious. Kitchen is fully equipped so that the client doesn't have to worry about running out and getting things. The extra amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soaps, etc., were a real plus. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting this area. You will be quite comfortable and pleased with your selection.
