Great property, friendly staff, great amenities. I called ahead of time and was told we could get discounted tix to Cedar Point. At checkin, we were told the only thing we could get were regularly priced admission tix to CP. At checkout, another family was told about several options they could buy, including drink packages. We didn't see shampoo/conditioner, and only found 1 small bar of soap, so we called down and requested. We later found shampoo. Then they dropped off shampoo and soap (must have been out of conditioner). The beds had a sheet and a thin blanket, but no bedspread - we were so exhausted from our trip we just went to bed.

Our stay was great! Staff was friendly & my son enjoyed the pool area. Only negative was waking up to ants covering our closed Crumbl cookie box and everything else on the table. Minus the ants, I’d give this property 5 stars-because of the ants, I’m not sure if we will book again.

Nice place not a super clean room

The staff was great! They offered us a 20% off discount because,We had a couple problems with our room. First of all, there was some type of sticky substance that was blue all over the floor and poured into the air conditioning vent. Anytime the air conditioning turned on you can smell it. Also, we drove up there with our children for use of the pool. The pool was closed by 8 o’clock.
