I have stayed here for 3 straight years for Halloween Bash at the bay and it was great every time. Best location for Halloween and I’ll be back next year.

The room was so much better than we expected!! It was so spacious and clean and the bathroom was very nice! For that location, -- right in the midst of everything -- we could not believe how nice the room was! We will definitely be booking here from now on.

There is no parking at the property which I knew but when I asked where I could park I was tolded incorrectly and my car was towed the night before I left. Do not park at the monument.

Good but hotels.com communication

The hotel itself was nice and accommodating. My issue is obly with hotels.com some reason did not give then our handicapped requirement and i reserved a ground floor handicapped accommodating room. The hotel doesnt have an elevator and i have a person using a walker climbing stiars because of this

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. The experience was far below expectations and did not match the description provided on your website. Firstly, the hotel did not have a proper parking lot, which made it extremely difficult for us to park our car. In addition, the property was not a typical hotel, but more of a go-kart facility with only three or four rooms available for guests. This was misleading and not made clear prior to booking. The room itself was very disappointing. The bedsheets and pillowcases were visibly unclean and, to our shock, had what appeared to be blood stains. Despite your website stating that breakfast would be provided, there was no breakfast available during our stay. Our room was located directly in front of the go-kart area, which created constant loud noise from visitors using the facility. To make matters worse, there was also a restaurant next to the room playing very loud music, making it difficult to rest or relax. Overall, this was not the experience we were promised, and I am extremely unhappy with the stay. I kindly request a response regarding this matter, and I believe a refund or some form of compensation is warranted
