Truly lovely

I've stayed at the Pink Door Cottage once before. That is the reason I looked for it again. The house is so comfortable and the yard and deck are awesome. Will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay

3 of us traveled to Sanford for a conference at St. Andrew’s Chapel. It was close to so many restaurants. We enjoyed the home, the nice yard and gazebo for late night talks. Thanks for having us.

Great place, great neighborhood

This property was nice and met our needs very well. It is on a street that is decent, but the house backs up to a beautiful historic district with great areas to walk and explore. Felt very safe and enjoyed the area tremendously.

Great Sanford Stay

Super clean, comfortable home within walking distance to Sanford downtown. You’re right smack in the middle of the historic district if you stay on this charming home. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the location. The house as well had everything you’d need.

Super spot in Sanford

A great location in Sanford. Well-stocked house in a historic district near downtown. Close to everything. Great host. Sleeps six comfortably. Large backyard with outdoor patio and bbq. An excellent family unit. 5 stars +.

Great stay!

Perfect location for us while we attended a wedding at a nearby venue. The house was clean, well-stocked, and bigger than we had anticipated. The backyard was huge and a great place the our 2 young children to run around and play.

New Favorite Place to Stay

My friends and I love coming to sanford for weekend trips. We had a fav place we liked to stay but it was sold last year - and I'm so happy to find this location now! 6 people fit WONDERFULLY here - and its so spacious. We are OBSESSED with the backyard area, and that it is also a walkable distance to downtown sanford (since we love bar hopping). The location, house and host are perfect, and this has become our new fav place to stay for our weekend trips! We will for sure be back

Baseball stay

We stayed at the Pink Door Cottage while we were playing a baseball tournament in Sanford. The space was great for a multiple day stay that even had a nice outdoor space to enjoy after long days at the ball field.

The Pink Door Cottage Perfect Fit

The bedrooms are roomie yet compact
 all the spaces clean and excellent washer dryer. We loved having high speed internet and a large television. A quiet small town atmosphere. Exactly what we needed. Our first VRBO and it exceeded our expectation.

This May, my family was able to visit the Sanford area for my graduation from Reformation Bible College and were highly satisfied by your accommodations. The check-in was easy and intuitive, the space was accurate to the listing, and the neighborhood was inviting and well-situated. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pergola, grill, and games as well as your well-equipped kitchen which exceeded our expectations. Baseball getaway

From start to finish the reservation process was great. Susan was very responsive to my questions. The location was a very quiet residential area. Close to restaurants, historic sanford and baseball fields. The house was amazing in it's charm and detailing . Lots of outdoor space to hang out and relax . The location makes it easy access to Daytona( to the north) and Orlando (to the south) Will definitely rent again when we are in the area.

Fantastic little cottage!

We love staying at the pink cottage. Everything was fresh and reasonably new. Beds were a very comfortable. And location can't be beat. We will be back!
