The accommodation is located in a vacation home complex in Sangineto Lido, a town in the province of Cosenza, along the Tyrrhenian side of the region. On the second floor of the accommodation there are two double bedrooms with private bathroom and a terrace with Jacuzzi (4 seats) where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view. An interior staircase leads from the ground floor to the basement, where there are four more bedrooms with private bathrooms. You also have at your disposal a large well-kept garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants where you can read a book, sunbathe or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Near the pool there is also a covered terrace, equipped and ideal for outdoor dining. From the villa you can walk to the nearby sandy beach, whose tourist facilities are suitable for all needs. Visit the nearby and impressive "Castello del Principe", dating back to the 15th century and located very close to the coast. During the summer, shows, events and concerts are organized in the castle, apart from the fact that it hosts one of the most famous clubs in the nightlife of Cosenza. Visit also the ancient center of Sangineto (about 6 km), located on a hill and full of historical buildings, small churches and monuments. Nearby resorts such as Diamante (about 11 km), Belvedere Marittimo (about 11 km) and Scalea (about 28 km) with numerous restaurants, discos and pubs are within easy reach. In the complex there is another pool for common use of all guests, which is located about 40 m from your accommodation and which you may share.
