With a spacious split floor plan, this home features 3 bedrooms + den and 3 bathrooms, providing ample space for families or groups to relax and enjoy. The screened-in pool with an attached spa overlooks the lush greens of the golf course, creating a serene and private outdoor oasis. Ideal for families and pet lovers alike, this property is pet-friendly and offers a welcoming environment for everyone to unwind. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a round of golf, or heading out to the nearby beach, Coastal Haven Estate provides the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms+den/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Queen beds (sleeps 6), WIFI available, Smart TV's (streaming only), heated pool & spa, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets Allowed (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
