Welcome to your Sanibel getaway! This top-floor condo overlooks the heated pool and landscaped grounds, with partial Gulf views from the lanai and living area, and a direct Gulf view from the guest bedroom suite. Quiet, established complex on the island’s east end, just minutes from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Updated in 2024 with remodeled bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. Spacious and comfortable, designed for full-week stays.

Description

This top-floor gulf-view condo at Loggerhead Cay is the perfect spot for a relaxing Sanibel escape. From the screened lanai and living area, enjoy partial Gulf views along with sparkling pool and garden views below. The guest bedroom suite has a direct Gulf view, letting you wake up to the water each morning.

Situated on Sanibel’s convenient East End, the condo offers easy access to the Causeway, island bike paths, shops, and restaurants, making arrivals, departures, and day trips simple and stress-free.

Inside, the 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit has over 1,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with a clean, coastal-inspired style. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2024 with walk-in showers, and beautiful LVP flooring flows throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, and the full-size washer and dryer make week-long stays convenient. The screened lanai is ideal for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or just enjoying the coastal breeze.

The master bedroom features a king bed and private en suite bath. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds and a direct Gulf view toward the front of the building.

Loggerhead Cay offers one of Sanibel’s largest heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and private beach access. Located on the east end, you’re just minutes from restaurants, shops, and essentials while still enjoying a quiet, low-density beachfront environment.

High-speed WiFi, three Smart TVs with cable, and quality linens are provided, along with tennis and pickleball racquets, beach chairs and umbrellas, towels, shelling tools, and a wagon to make your beach days easy and fun.

We have been to Sanibel Island for a week or two in the winter for many years. This is the best place we have ever stayed. The condo itself was spotless. The grounds of the condo association and pool were very well maintained. The location on the Island was perfect for us. The owner and property manager were very personable and responsive to any questions. We hope to stay there again!

We stayed for a week at this wonderful condo. It was SUPER clean and comfortable! The entire condo is decorated beautifully. The kitchen had everything you need to cook meals and the pots and pans were of good quality. The bathrooms were very nice with good quality towels. The bedding was great and the mattresses were comfortable. There was plenty of closet space for your clothes in both of the bedrooms. There were eight good quality beach towels that guests could use, I was expecting the paper thin Walmart ones, but these were very nice. The storage closet on the third floor with beach necessities was wonderful to use! The beach chairs are the good comfortable ones, not the cheap ones! There was at least 6 in the closet along with umbrellas, bikes and a wagon! We appreciated the use of them!!! The Lanai was very nice with comfortable furnishings and was screened in so you could enjoy the use of it at all times. Loggerhead Cay condo common areas were very, very nice. It is well kept up and the sidewalks and pool area are well maintained. We enjoyed playing games on the tables near the pool. There is two areas when coming off the beach to clean off your feet, chairs and shells you gathered up while combing the beach. The beach was uncrowded and we found lots of great shells, especially at low tide. We enjoyed it very much and would 100% rent this unit again! Tracy was an absolute delight to work with!

The Condo was very clean and comfortable. Beds, pillows, linens and towels, top notch. Everything we needed to feel at home away from home.Loved having beach chairs available for late afternoons enjoying the waves. Exceded our expectations! The condo was emaculate! Very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to beach and pool. Very clean pool and garbage cans were kept clean and emptied often. My teens enjoyed pickelball and games and puzzles provided in the room. We enjoyed relaxing, reading books in the condo and shelling with the shelling tools provided by our condo host! We live 2hrs away and will 100% book again. Property manager was on site and checked in on us and our stay. We book VRBO all the time and this was a 1st. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, beach/pool towels were available as well as beach chairs/umbrellas. The pool was wonderful and we loved being close to the beach. I highly recommend.
