The bright interior includes a spacious living and dining area, a fully updated kitchen, and two inviting bedrooms—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the private outdoor spaces overlooking a serene canal. With direct Gulf access right out your back door, it’s an ideal spot for boating, kayaking, or simply soaking in the natural beauty of the island. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, this charming condo is your perfect Sanibel escape!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms -- 2 King beds & 1 sleeper sofa w/ pull out trundle (sleeps 6), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, heated shared community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, in-suite washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, located on canal with Gulf access. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
