Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Property Management, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom stilted townhome is the perfect island retreat for families and groups. Designed for comfort and style, it combines plenty of room to spread out with thoughtful touches that make vacation living easy.

Step inside and feel the warmth of the open floor plan. Sunshine-yellow walls and Spanish tile floors set a cheerful tone, while vaulted ceilings and a two-story wrap-around screened porch invite coastal breezes and natural light. The living area features a plush sleeper sofa, a 42-inch HDTV with premium channels, and space to relax after a day at the beach.

The dining area seats eight around a glass-top table, ideal for family meals or game nights. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, raised white cabinets, and a sleek glass cooktop range makes cooking a pleasure.

On the first level, you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and 32-inch HDTV, plus a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Perfect Family Getaway!

The kids loved playing inside, and the screened porch was great for breakfast. Being just steps from the beach made exploring Sanibel easy and fun. Comfortable, convenient, and stress-free!

Family Vacation

We experienced the absolutely perfect week with our family and this condo made it eleven better! There was more than enough space for us to enjoy time with each other. We enjoyed family meals - even cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The property was beautifully maintained. We did experience construction noise, but we understand that Sanibel is still working to recover from Hurricane Ian. The property description included 4 bicycles in the amenities; however, there were not any bicycles included with the property. We rented bikes for our family and enjoyed riding along bike paths.
