The Space:
The home itself features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, heated pool, and much more! It is located in the highly desirable Dunes Golf and Tennis Club on Mockingbird Drive, which is one of the most desirable neighborhoods within The Dunes. As a quiet cul-de-sac street filled with residential homes overlooking the golf course, guests of this home will find themselves in a fantastic location near to shopping, dining, and beaches with bonus easy on off access to the Sanibel Causeway.

The bedrooms in the home are configured as follows- The master bedroom features a king sized bed, oversized reading chair, desk with printer, large Smart-TV, en-suite patio access, and dual nightstands. The master bedroom is the handicapped accessible bedroom in the house and also features an en-suite handicapped accessible bathroom with a roll in shower and grab bars for toilet and shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, dual nightstands, a large Smart-TV, and an accompanying bathroom that is shared with the second guest bedroom that features a walk in shower. The second guest bedroom features two twin beds and is a perfect space to place extra guests on your vacation (friends, family, visitors, etc.).

The kitchen is fully equipped and capable of facilitating the preparation of even the most gourmet of meals. It features all built-in Sub Zero appliances, a large island with sink basin, an air fry capable oven, and electric range and range hood. All appliances and cabinetry are brand new and never before used by guests. There is also seating for up to four at the island breakfast bar area, featuring high backed chairs.

The living room features a 4K resolution Smart-TV, three armchairs, an oversized sofa, designer rug, and a large circular coffee table. The dining area directly behind it features a large table capable of seating up to six guests comfortably, overlooking the golf course and pool. The sliders in the living and dining areas open out to a fantastic view of the golf course and lakes from the pool deck, where guests may also enjoy ample seating and of course the oversized heated pool (heated to 85 degrees).

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire space, with the exception of the garage area, as the owners store their car and golf cart here.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a fantastic one, Mockingbird Drive is a cul-de-sac street located in the Dunes Golf and Tennis Club with easy on off access to the Sanibel Causeway.

We recommend renting a car
