Located in Sundial West, this residence features brand new flooring and furniture, top of the line appliances, granite countertops, an oversized lanai, and spacious master bedroom. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the master and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a upgraded queen mattress. Enjoy the beach with the included beach gear or absorb the cool ocean breeze from the patio while allowing the lapping waves to lull you into a sense of serenity only such a residence can offer.
In terms of location, Sundial of Sanibel is located in an area considered to be mid-island, equidistant to all Sanibel has to offer including beaches, restaurants, attractions, and the mainland of Fort Myers for those adventurous enough to explore beyond the island. Located in the F building of Sundial West, this residence is less than a three minute walk to the beach and features direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from the rightmost portion of the patio. In terms of positioning, this residence boasts a tranquil water feature directly in front of its patio, the Gulf of Mexico to the left, and a beautiful sunset exposure at the end of each day!

Guests have access to the amenities of Sundial West, including a large heated pool, private beach access just minutes from your unit as well as all on-site restaurants and shops.
Guests may also purchase access to the resort pool and amenities. Rosen Vacations does not administer or guarantee access/availability to the resort pool or pool passes. Guests are responsible for verifying availability and securing passes if they would like to access the resort pool.
The Neighborhood:
Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.
Getting Around:
We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
