Come relax on beautiful Sanibel Island at Loggerhead Cay Unit 313! Our spacious and tropically decorated condo is just a 2 minute stroll to the beach and is sure to add delight to your vacation with its fun, bright colors reminding you to play and leave work behind!

Loggerhead Cay is located at the east end of the island minutes from the causeway. Our unit can comfortably accommodate 6 guests and features Master BR with King bed and bathroom, 2nd BR with brand new queen bed and twin bed, 2nd bathroom, newly furnished great room with dining area, newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen and spacious furnished lanai. There is also a sleeper sofa.
We have 3 flat screen televisions with a variety of streaming services available to log into as well as high speed internet, books, games, puzzles, beach towels, beach wagon, toys, chairs and umbrella for use.

Our property management company provides linens, sundries, laundry detergent and dish soap and is available for any unforeseen issues during your visit. This is a non-smoking complex with elevators and a large, newly built heated pool and gas grills as well as new pickle ball and tennis courts. ***Dog friendly (25lbs or less)***

Loggerhead Cay is close to many excellent restaurants as well as grocery stores.

Great place, great location, great complex. We really appreciated that the cleaning people did not use scented products and that there was no air freshener going on (my wife is allergic).The condo had everything we needed and more. Roomy, comfortable, wifi worked great - very relaxing and enjoyable experience.Brooke was always very responsive to questions. This was definitely one of the most enjoyable vacations we've had and where we stayed had a lot to do with that!

Our recent vacation to Sanibel was amazing! Loggerhead Cay was clean and well maintained. The condo itself was updated and had every amenity needed to make sure our stay was comfortable. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and beach equipment was included to make each day full of fun! The vacation rental company stayed in touch to make sure the vacation went smoothly and was available to ensure all of our needs were met. Thank you for allowing us to stay! Relaxing getaway to SHELL!

My husband and I wanted to get away for a fun island experience and this place was awesome! Such a great location and we enjoyed the laid back feeling of Sanibel. I'm an avid sheller and the beaches didn't disappoint. We were nervous about the possible hurricane coming later that week but we found many places still open and service was fantastic. The beds are comfortable and condo is quiet. I will be staying again for sure. This place has everything you need for a fabulous time on beautiful Sanibel!

5 Stars - Perfect Beach Getaway & Amazing Memories

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach rental! The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach without needing to cross any main roads, which made it incredibly convenient and safe for our family. Parking was also easy and plentiful, which is a huge plus. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, from cookware to utensils—it was like cooking at home! This was especially helpful for enjoying relaxed dinners in after a day of fun in the sun. Communication with the owner was seamless and prompt, which made everything stress-free. They were friendly, attentive, and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. It’s clear they take great pride in ensuring their guests have the best experience possible. All in all, this rental was everything we hoped for and more. We can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating beach escape. Don't look any further - this is the one !

Loved our stay at Poco Loco!

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Poco Loco and our little dog was so pleased to be included, as well. Everything we needed was there to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The master bedroom bed was a definite plus and my daughter's bed was also great. Everything we needed for the beach was included in the storage locker, including a beach tent and chairs, along with a wagon. Loved the bright, cheerful decor and the overall family friendly atmosphere!

Judah’s 1st beach trip 2022

Last year was our first time visiting and was called home for the birth of our 1st grandson, so we returned this year with Judah boy, and it was definitely a blessing. Our week's stay at this Sanibel property was really comfortable. The condo is not far from the beach and pool, which kept both our kids entertained. Both the property manager and owner were responsive to our questions.

Paradise

Great condo in great location. Huge complex pool and just a short walk to the on property beach. We also enjoyed shuffleboard and bags. Unit had a wagon to take beach chairs, floats, and umbrella. It really had absolutely everything we needed. Property owner was responsive to my questions and gave us lots of great tips about the island :) Would definitely stay here again.

The BEST Vacay!!

We LOVED staying at the condo at Loggerhead!! It had absolutely everything we needed. It was beyond clean and had so many extras. The beach equipment and wagon made going to the beach so enjoyable and easy. Plus having beach towels available helped us have more room in our luggage. Overall we would give this unit a 10 out of 10!!! Kudos to the owners for such a fantastic place to stay.
