Featuring two large bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, two renovated bathrooms with modern finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious patio with beach gear, access to a luxurious community pool, tennis courts, and private beach access, this unit aims to please!
The Space:
This unit features more than 900 square feet of optimally designed island living space. Within this unit are four beds total, one king (located in the master bedroom), two twin beds (located in the guest bedroom), and one queen (located inside of the pull out sofa), in addition to two full bathrooms. Included are essentials such as in unit washer and dryer, wifi, hair dryer, microwave, range, refrigerator, and more. Additionally, guests have access to on site pool and tennis facilities, in addition to beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, floats, boogie boards, and much more.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all the amenities of the Villa Sanibel complex including a recently renovated pool, tennis courts, grills and private beach access just steps from your unit.
The Neighborhood:
Villa Sanibel is located in a highly desirable location, on West Gulf Drive. Extremely close to the beach but also a quick drive away from "downtown" Sanibel, this unit provides the optimal balance of vacationing in a tranquil setting yet being in the middle of it all within minutes.
Getting Around:
Uber, taxi, and car can get you to the unit.

Guests must sign a rental agreement upon booking the property
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

The condo is close to the beach and the location is east to get around the island to places. The inside could use an update.

Great location
This property is so conveniently located in Sanibel. We could walk to get coffee, groceries, lunch, etc or bike anywhere in Sanibel. It is just steps to the beach which was great with kids and to avoid parking at busy beaches. The condo was nice and we loved the lower level walk out. The beds in this particular unit were SO uncomfortable and really need to be changed. The condo itself could use some amor updating, deep cleaning, and upgrade on the amenities. It says it offers beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc. They were available, but not in good shape at all, umbrella was broken and chairs were rusty and coolers, moldy, etc. It didn't ruin the trip by any means, but would have been helpful to have better amenities that are listed. We had an issue with the agitator on the wash machine also, it got off balance every load we did, so had to do a second spin each time. We would stay on this building again, but likely not this unit.
