In addition, it has two bathrooms with showers, one of them en suite, for greater comfort. On the ground floor there is one of the bedrooms and two bathrooms, facilitating access to these rooms. On the upper floor we find the remaining 3 bedrooms.
The interior of the house stands out for its cozy living room with a fireplace, ideal for the coldest winter nights. The fully equipped American kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals in a warm, family atmosphere.
However, the best thing about this property is found on its exterior. Two large porches invite you to relax and enjoy the privileged views offered by the surrounding nature. The pool, surrounded by a large seating area, is the perfect place to cool off on hot summer days.
