Luxurious family friendly farmhouse with private pool in Sannat, Gozo

Girgentina is a 250 year old house of character which was only recently converted to high specifications. The property is situated in the tranquil small village of Sannat. The area surrounding the farmhouse consists mainly of similar properties.

The farmhouse is only within 5 minutes walking distance from Ta' Ċenċ cliffs where one can enjoy relaxing walks while experiencing picturesque views of the countryside.

The house has been tastefully converted but while including all the modern luxuries, we have painstakingly retained all the property's original features like patterned tiles, arched ceiling, wooden beams, two mangers and stone staircase.

Air-conditioners are installed in all the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave and a washing machine can be found on the first floor. The living room is equipped with a 43'' smart tv and free wifi can be enjoyed throughout the farmhouse.

One bedroom is on ground floor level and has separate direct access from the street, thus making it easily accessible by persons with reduced mobility. Two other bedrooms can be found at first floor level. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities.

The pool area is equipped with an outside shower, a bar-b-q, garden sofa and armchairs and folding sunbeds. The pool is completely private and not overlooked in any way.

On the roof one can find a roof garden as well as several other sunbeds where one can sunbathe in total privacy. When not sunbathing, one can enjoy a perfect view of the fortified Cittadella, which is especially fascinating when lit up during dark time, as well as distant country views.

A bus stop, servicing all the island, is situated a few meters up the road from the property.

A mini market can be found a few meters down the road, and the village square, where one can chill in a bar or grab a bite, is only 5 minutes walk away. There is also a restaurant within 2 minutes walking distance from the house.
