Lovely room with a balcony. Great air conditioning. Good view. Good outdoor seating area and able to take breakfast outdoors. Fabulous breakfast included. Fridge in room. Very attentive staff. Would happily stay here again.

This is the hidden gem of the city of Sanremo. The property was amazing. Breakfast was great and full of options. The staff was great and helpful,specially Tiziana and Cedric.

There is parking here and the front desk clerk knew exactly how to get us in - came outside and directed us. It’s tight but right at the door. The desk clerk also helped us with our giant suitcase…sorry, we had to pack for hot/cold, fancy/rustic. We tried not to overwhelm but we looked excessive. The breakfast….oh my! Quite a spread.

We really liked this property. Friendly welcome. Nice room, fridge with water was welcome. We chose a room with a balcony and partial sea view - good view with sea in the distance. Free chilled bottle of Prosecco was a great start to the stay! 10 minutes walk to the train station made it very convenient for us. I would definitely book again.

Villa Sylva is a lovely old property with a gracious golden-age vibe. Staff were helpful and our room was incredibly large and accomodating. Unfortunately, the spa was out of order at the time of our stay, so we weren't able to fully enjoy.

Quiet charming hotel

Wonderful location - about 20-25min walk to the center of SanRemo, along the waterfront. Small beach nearby. Parking onsite. Great view from the room; AC working well; quiet good size bedroom and bathroom (updated). Good breakfast with delicious cappuccino! Great service with a smile. Old charming villa in a park with a roof terrace.
