Beautiful 3 Bed Villa with Private Apartment and Private Pool Close to Beaches

Are you looking for a modern comfortable villa in beautiful surroundings? Then you will love this house! Villa Chus is located on the road leading from San Antonio to Cala Salada which means that the beautiful beaches and the town are both just a 10 minute drive away.
The villa has private parking and enjoys a great position set amongst pine trees with a large well tended garden and BBQ/dining area.
Inside the main house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a shower room. The living room is bright and well ventilated and there are also shady areas to be found for dining & relaxing on the wrap around terrace.
The separate private apartment is self contained with its own kitchen and bathroom and also has a private terrace which leads into the bedroom.
There is WiFi throughout.
Perfect for families and for friends this Ibiza villa is a really popular choice and has many repeat clients who love coming back year after year.

The place to be !

Casa encantadora con puro estilo ibicenco situada en las alturas de sant Antoni en un lugar muy tranquilo y con fåcil acceso. Cerca de la cala Salada y de los supermercados (Lidl) Tiene parilla, piscina, aire acondicionado (en dos habitaciones) y estå muy bien equipada. Venimos para celebrar los cuarenta de unos amigos y lo hemos pasado genial ! El estudio estå muy bien para la gente que prefiere tener un poquito mås de intimidad. Aunque llegamos tarde porque nuestro vuelo tuvo retraso, el contacto con los dueños fue super agradable. Un remanso de paz en el que nos encantaría volver muy pronto ! Gracias por todo. Casa muy agradable y funcional

Casa muy funcional por un grupo de 5 adultos y muy bien localizada con supermercados y centro de la ciudad a proximidad, a 5 minutos a penas en coches. Tambien casa a proximidad de playas muy bonitas. Ademas de su funcionalidad, la casa tiene una vista muy agradable, sobre todo desde la piscine. Experiencia a repetir !

Une belle propriété, idéalement placée. L espace extérieur, est vraiment trÚs agréable à vivre. Pour parfaire le lieu, il faudrait la climatisation dans la chambre non équipée, et un améliorer la vaisselle, machine à café, davantage de verres à vin et meilleure qualité.

Une bonne adresse pour découvrir l'ßle

Maria, Anne et chuss ont Ă©tĂ© aux petits soins pour nous (mĂȘme avec un problĂšme de chauffe eau, rĂ©glĂ© en 48h malgrĂ© la haute saison). La villa est trĂšs agrĂ©able, et les photos, notamment de l'extĂ©rieur, ne montrent pas assez la belle perspective autour des terrasses et de la piscine. Un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour pour nous.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette villa ! La villa est grande, fonctionnelle et propre. Il y a divers espaces pour manger et chiller au soleil. La piscine et la climatisation sont la cerise sur le gùteau ! Idéalement située, prÚs des plages, de San Antoni et de la Nature. On recommande vivement !

Nous avons passĂ© un superbe sĂ©jour dans la villa Chuss. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©ablement surpris par la maison en arrivant. Jardin arborĂ© sublime avec plusieurs coins pour le farniente et une grande piscine, sans vis Ă  vis. Équipements fonctionnels. Maison toute proche de notre plage prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e : cala saladeta. Un vrai rĂ©gale. Merci Ă  Anne et Chuss pour leur souplesse (arrivĂ©e tardive). Je recommande ++

5 girls in Ibiza

Die Unterkunft war super!! Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert und die Gastgeber waren fĂŒr uns jederzeit erreichbar. Auch das Check-Out war problemlos. Das Haus mit dem Pool und der BBQ-Ecke war wunderschön. Man hat eine Bucht um die Ecke, die mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Hunde der Nachbarn sind manchmal nachtaktiv, aber ansonsten ist sowohl die Unterkunft, als auch die Lage top! Wir hatten HandtĂŒcher, Ventilatoren, 3 Toiletten, einen riesigen KĂŒhlschrank, und alles was man braucht. Sachen wir Putz-/Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier, MĂŒlltĂŒten etc. war alles vorhanden :-) WĂŒrde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Absolute gem

The house is spacious, spotless and comfortable and the AC was a godsend during the heatwave. The outside space and pool are idyllic with à beautifully planted garden. The pool is the best we’ve rented in a long time. The location is perfect, not far from all the busier areas but in a quiet spot close to a lovely beach and pretty countryside. And the hosts are kind and helpful. We’d highly recommend a stay.

Relaxing and nice

We stayed at the house for one week and felt like being at home from the first minute. The house is situated nearby Cala Salada in a quiet neighborhood on the road to Santa Agnes, so you will need a car. Lovely hosts, thanks to both of you for accommodating us- we‘ll come back for sure!

Comfortable villa with gorgeous outdoor space

The villa is comfortable (ie not "blingy") with very spacious outdoor facilities, which was good for our group of 6 - the pictures really do not do it justice. We really enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurant (Can Pou) and down to the beach (Cala Salada, but NB, walk back is uphill and takes about 25 mins). Otherwise, car definitely needed. Communication with agent, Anne, and owners was great and they were very responsive.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren sechs Jugendliche zwischen 21 und 24 Jahren und haben in dem Haus eine Woche Urlaub auf Ibiza verbracht. Es war sehr schön und alles vorhanden, wir waren wunschlos glĂŒcklich. Auch der Check-in lief gut ab und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Das Haus ist in echt sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos und hat eine gute Lage, nachts war es nicht laut und man kann zu Fuß zum Meer laufen, das hat ca 30min gedauert. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Nice Holiday

We enjoyed our vacation in the house which is as descriped. Most favorite Place was the Pool! The mattress in the bedroom with the two single beds could be better for adults. The house is in a quit residential area close to a beach. We can’t really recommend the house. Thank you to Chus & Anne!! Only the barking dogs in the neighbourhood are sometimes annoying.

heerlijk verblijf

Aankleding bij zwembad veranderd van kunststof naar mooie ligbedden. Volledig ingerichte woning met aparte annex met keuken, slaapkamer en badkamer. Heerlijk eigen zwembad. Klein minpunt waren de vele muggen, maar daar kan eigenaar nietds aan doen!

Lovely villa

We have just come back from a great week in Ibiza. It was our first visit and we were not disappointed (despite being unlucky with the weather). The villa has gorgeous outdoor space and an outdoor pool. Spacious rooms ideal for families.

We had a wonderful time in the house !

We really enjoyed our holiday in the house. The house is beautifully surrounded by nature. The property is quite large and well maintained. On the property is the main house and a separate casita. The main house consists of 2 bedrooms. One with a large and comfortable double bed and equipped with air conditioning and one with 2 separate beds but unfortunately not air conditioned. There is plenty of storage space and large closets. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower / WC and a separate small guest toilet. Everything is quite simple but functional. Everything was very clean. In the small kitchen you will also find everything you need. In the separate small casita my sister lived. There is enough space for 2 adults. There is a large bedroom and a nice new bathroom with shower / WC. Also, a kind of "kitchen" can be found there. The casita also has a small private terrace - very nice. The pool is wonderful, clean large and in the area there are nice comfortable beach chairs with 2 umbrellas. Optimal would have been for evenings / nights, if the pool would be illuminated. For older people or toddlers I feel the house or land unsuitable because there are stairs or steps everywhere. The house is located directly on a street, which is however little traveled. The only thing that really bothered us was the many dogs in the neighborhood. The "Dog barking Kon cert" started in the evening and went partly late into the night / tomorrow. It was often so loud that you could not focus on anything else. In the second week, however, was not too much to hear from the dogs. For the neighboring dogs, the Host can do nothing, it is only the external influences. Anne & Maria were very friendly and the transaction went smoothly. We would definitely recommend the house.
