Minimalist villa with 5 bedrooms, not far from the beautiful Cala Salada beach, on a hill, with marvellous views of the sea and the sunset from the garden.



This is a Fincallorca holiday home.



The main house has a large open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. In this area there is a guest WC and a laundry room with iron, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom has a 1.8 x 2 metre bed with en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bath and separate shower and a dressing room with safe.

Upstairs, the house has 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.60 x 2 metre bed and the other with 2 beds. Both with en-suite bathroom with shower.

There is also a study with wifi.

If you go down a staircase on the same floor of the garage, there is another bedroom with 2 beds, with en-suite shower room, dressing room and access to the outside.

Outside the main house in the garden area is another bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90x2m), with en-suite shower room and outside terrace.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.



Outside we find a large swimming pool with garden and chill-out area with impressive views of the sea and the sunset.



The garage has an entrance from inside the house, has space for two cars and there is a table tennis table. Alarm system, wifi and fenced plot.



Cleaning: 4 hours daily (except Sundays).
