•Apartment located on the 1st floor; no elevator.
•Building with several apartments designated for tourist accommodations
•Washer and dryer on the first floor (common area).

🚗PARKING:
•Free street parking available
•Private paid community parking lot 50 metres from the apartment.


⚠️HOUSE RULES:
•Check-in required for all guests

•Maximum occupancy: 3 people.

• For additional guests not included in the reservation, prior notice is required for mandatory check-in and rate adjustment.

• There are security cameras and access control at the building entrance.

• Always lock the building door when entering and exiting.

• Respect others’ rest and avoid noise, especially at night.

•Do not flush wipes, sanitary pads, etc., down the toilet.

•Please notify us of any stubborn stains (coffee, wine, blood, etc.) so we can treat them as soon as possible.

•All items and towels in the apartment are for exclusive use inside the apartment.

•To promote eco-friendly and responsible use, three laundry loads per week are included.

•Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation without the right to a refund.
