TrĂšs belle location parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la climatisation dans toutes les chambres... Maison isolĂ©e et sans vis-Ă -vis trĂšs plaisant ce calme et cette sensation d'ĂȘtre seul au monde. Nous avons adorĂ© et les enfants aussi. L'hĂŽte fut trĂšs accueillante. Merci Ă  elle.

Wundervolle Zeit

Liebe Margarita, lieber Rafael, vielen Dank, dass wir die Zeit in eurem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen durften. Es liegt perfekt eingebetten und zentral auf der Insel. Vielen Dank auf nochmal fĂŒr die leckeren Feigen, Eier, Tomaten usw. In der tollen KĂŒche haben wir leckere Gerichte bereitet und der Pool ist einfach nur großartig. Wir wĂŒnschen euch alles Gute fĂŒr die Zukunft und vor allem viel Gesundheit.

Wunderbarer Erholungsurlaub

Wir haben uns auf der Finca sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es war eine tolle, angenehme und sehr private AtmosphĂ€re. Überall findet man RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten und viele kleine schattige PlĂ€tze. Rundum, ein toller Urlaub fĂŒr Genießer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

amazing little oasis

we had an amazing stay - the host, Marga, provided a friendly welcome. The Finca was much bigger than we thought it was going to be with lots of different areas to chose for drinks/meals. The layout was querky with lots of character. It was set in lovely countryside with very peaceful with lovely views. The pool was a great size and we spent most of the week in it! we had one small problem with the electric but the host was on site within 30 mins of us reporting it to resolve the issue. we would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Majorca.

Herausragendes Objekt - grandioses Urlaubsdomizil

Wir hatten im Juli 2020 zwei fantastische Wochen in der Finca Son Rebassa - trotz aller Corona-UmstĂ€nde. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur war jederzeit einwandfrei. Sehr nette und kundenorientierte Kommunikation. Die Vermieterin war herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Besitzerin hat erste Kleinigkeiten an GetrĂ€nken und Snacks bereitgestellt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr gepflegt, sauber rund in tadellosem Zustand. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Zu bem@ngeln sind lediglich die GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Doppelzimmer und Etagenzimmer im Erdgeschoss, die etwas zu klein sind und ohne Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. DafĂŒr stehen aber sehr viele Ventilatoren bereit. Danke fĂŒr eine wundervolle Zeit in Sant Joan.

Sehr gut!

Wir haben 14 tolle Urlaubstage in der Zeit vom 05.08 - 19.8.19 in der Finca Son Rebassa verbracht. Die Finca ist von Ihrer Ausstattung super, das Außen,- und InnengelĂ€nde wie sauber und sehr liebevoll angelegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und ĂŒber den BegrĂŒĂŸungskorb, die Brötchen aus Valdemossa und den frischen Feigen haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Lage der Fibca ist ideal, insbesondere der Markt in Sineu, die Altstadt von Soller und der Strand Playa de Muro sind super zu erreichen und zu empfehlen,

Nicely presented villa - good to get away from it all

We enjoyed our stay - villa was nicely presented throughout - lovely and clean. It was well stocked with both necessities such as toilet rolls etc but also a few extras like charcoal, firelighters and matches for the barbecue, tablets for the dishwasher, a bottle of beer, some wine etc ! - all made for a nice welcoming feel (and reduced hassle). We were met at the villa by the owner who was lovely and gave us a thorough tour - she didn't speak much English and I speak no Spanish, but we managed to communicate. The kids enjoyed the pool and I liked the views from the balcony! There are chickens in a compound (away from the house), so you do hear some crowing - we liked that, but I though it was worth mentioning. On the practical side: - there's a dishwasher and a washing machine - we were provided with tablets and washing liquid - the kitchen's well equipped with coffee percolator and espresso (again with some coffee / capsules provided to start you off), toaster, microwave, oven / hob, lots of pans, knives, etc The property has lots of electric fans but does not have air-conditioning. For most of our week, that was fine, but the last couple of nights were a lot warmer and we all found it a bit difficult to sleep. - we used three bedrooms - two with double beds, one with bunk beds. There is also a small room which I think had a cot - two bathrooms - both nice and clean (and stocked with soap). The bathroom for the master bedroom (upstairs) is reached via a balcony. - The location is not close to any of the main tourist sites - for us that was a positive, but you would need a car - we ended up driving a fair bit - again not a problem for us, but worth bearing in mind. We had brought a Sat-Nav with us and that helped a lot with navigation down some pretty small streets. One small point - the owners are obviously more used to German visitors than English - so the handbook etc was in German - not a major issue, but perhaps worth running a copy through Google translate or similar. All in all, we'd recommend Son Rebassa, but do make sure you've looked on a map so you know where it is. Hope that's useful

Traumurlaub in schöner Finca und tollem Pool

Wir haben einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in einer schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Finca Nahe Sant Joan verlebt. Die BegrĂŒĂŸung durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich, und fĂŒr uns standen schon kleine Leckereien parat. Die Betreuung wĂ€hrend unseres gesamten Urlaubes durch dieses sehr nette Vermieterehepaares erfolgte völlig reibungslos und absolut nicht aufdringlich. Bei einer Frage vom zusĂ€tzlichen Schatten im Poolbereich haben sie sofort einen Sonnenschirm besorgt und vorbei gebracht. Vielen lieben Dank fĂŒr diese Aufmerksamkeit. Auch fĂŒr die gute Betreuung bei der Buchung und dem reibungslosen Ablauf sagen wir der Vermietungsgesellschaft Immobilien-Sineu herzlichen Dank! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist etwas abgeschieden, sehr idyllisch und wer die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe mag, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. An das Hundegebell und das KrĂ€hen der HĂ€hne hat man sich sehr schnell gewöhnt, man wohnt ja schließlich auch auf dem Land. In dem schönen Ort Sant Joan ist man ist 2 Minuten Autofahrt, in der grĂ¶ĂŸeren StĂ€dtchen Sineu in ca 10 Minuten. Es lohnt sich dort auch einmal Essen zu gehen, das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis ist super, das Flair des Mallorquinischen Lebens jenseits des Massentourismus einfach unbeschreiblich. Mit Lebensmitteln kann man sich sehr gut in Inca eindecken, ca 15 Min Autofahrt. Abschließend kann ich nur sagen, dass wir jederzeit wieder sehr gerne unseren Urlaub in genau dieser Unterkunft mit genau diesem sehr netten Vermieterpaar in genau dieser Gegend verbringen wĂŒrden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön fĂŒr Alles!!! - nĂ€chstes Mal dann mit Spanisch Kenntnissen, dann klappt es auch besser mit der VerstĂ€ndigung, obwohl man auch alle UnterstĂŒtzung durch Immobilien-Sineu bekommt -

Tolle Finca - Erholung garantiert

Die Finca liegt etwas außerhalb von Sant Joan, einem netten, kleinen und ruhigen Ort. In Sant Joan ist alles vorhanden, BĂ€cker, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Apotheke, Bars und sogar eine kleine Eisdiele. Die Finca ist wirklich herrlich. Wir waren dort zu fĂŒnft und haben die ruhige Lage und den Komfort der Finca genossen. Der endlose Blick und die SonnenuntergĂ€nge waren ein Traum. Ein herzliches " Danke schön" an die Vermieter der Finca. Sie kĂŒmmern sich liebevoll um die Finca und die GĂ€ste. Viele Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe nach Sant Joan.

Ein kleiner großer Traum mitten in Mallorca

Wir sind gerade zurĂŒck von der wunderschönen Finca Son Rabassa. Wir wollten ein StĂŒck richtiges Mallorca und wir haben diesen wunderschönen Ort gefunden. Ein tolles Haus mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Fernab von Hotels und Haufen von Touristen. Supernette Vermieter die uns nach einer langen Anreise besonders herzlich empfangen haben. Wein, Obst, Kaffee und vieles mehr stand bei unserer Anreise breit. Vielen Dank auch dafĂŒr. Das Haus liegt an einer kleinen Straße, haben das aber nie als störend empfunden. Man muss ja schließlich auch zum Haus kommen. Das Pool ist sehr schön und reicht zum schwimmen gut aus. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar deutsches TV,-wenn man möchte....Braucht man aber nicht, weil das GrundstĂŒck so viele gemĂŒtliche Ecken hat. Wunderschöner Ausblick auf San Joan. Einkaufen jederzeit in Manacor gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind so nett und herzlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wĂŒrden wir gerne wiederkommen und sagen nochmal Dankeschön, auch fĂŒr den guten Service durch Sineu-Immobilien.

ein kleiner großer Traum mitten in Mallorca....

Wir sind gerade zurĂŒck von der wunderschönen Finca Son Rabassa. Wir wollten ein StĂŒck richtiges Mallorca und wir haben diesen wunderschönen Ort gefunden. Ein tolles Haus mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Fernab von Hotels und Haufen von Touristen. Supernette Vermieter die uns nach einer langen Anreise besonders herzlich empfangen haben. Wein, Obst, Kaffee und vieles mehr stand bei unserer Anreise breit. Vielen Dank auch dafĂŒr. Das Haus liegt an einer kleinen Straße, haben das aber nie als störend empfunden. Man muss ja schließlich auch zum Haus kommen. Das Pool ist sehr schön und reicht zum schwimmen gut aus. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Tolles Haus daß keine WĂŒnsche ĂŒbrig lĂ€sst

Das Haus mit Pool ist super ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sprachlich jedoch nur mit HĂ€nden und FĂŒĂŸen verstĂ€ndigt, da nur Spanisch. Objekt entsprach absolut dem Onlineinserat. Leider war die Straße nĂ€her als gedacht und fĂŒr SchlĂ€fer könnte die Straße, das Hundebellen und die HĂ€hne (die auch Nachts krĂ€hen) ein Problem sein. Wer einen tiefen Schlaf hat Daumen hoch. Ansonsten Ungstörtheit der man nur mit dem Auto entfliehen kann, da nichts in FußnĂ€he zu erreichen ist. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und ein WohlfĂŒhlparadies. Zentrale Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir wĂŒrden wieder hier her kommen und das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Man ist auf dem Land und muss sich an die GerĂ€usche halt gewöhnen. Vier Sterne auch nur, weil ich sehr gerĂ€uschempfindlich bin und mich an die UmgebungsgerĂ€usche erst gewöhnen musste, mein Mann wĂŒrde fĂŒnf Sterne geben, was dem Objekt sicherlich gerecht wĂŒrde.

Schöne Finca, Erholung Pur

Die Finca fanden wir so vor wie auf Fewo beschrieben. Vermieter und Vermittlerin, SUPER Freundlich, zuvorkommend. KLASSE. Saubere gepflegte Finca. Hatten eine schöne, leider zu kurze Zeit auf der Finca Son Rebassa. Kommen gerne wieder. Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe Ralf

Klasse gepflegte saubere Finca. Finca wie auf Fewo beschrieben. Sehr nette, liebe zuvorkommende Vermieter und Vermittlerin - DANKE noch einmal Petra. Haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Leider war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz. Kommen aber gerne wieder.
