The nearest beaches, Cala d'Hort and Cala Jondal, are less than an 8-minute drive away. And for those who want to experience the island's famous nightlife, Ibiza is 20 minutes away.
The property is 7000m long and is completely fenced, which offers plenty of space to relax. The house is surrounded by a large garden, a beautiful part of which is grassed, ideal for children. There is of course a large swimming pool with paddling area, a sunny terrace with large sun beds, a summer lounge for evenings with friends or to admire the stars and an outdoor dining room with barbecue/plancha and 1 large table that can seat up to 16 people. In the garden there is also a bowling alley and a ping pong table.

A "guest house" close to the house offers another 2 bedrooms, each with 3 single beds and private shower room, air-conditioned and fan. They are ideal for children. All rooms have a sleek décor with whitewashed walls and pristine linen, just brightened by a few touches of color given by cushions or artwork brought back from travel.
The property also has a large private car park, an alarm system as well as a caretaker living on site and offering a cleaning service every morning (except Sunday) included in the rental price.
