The outdoor area is simply breathtaking, a very modern façade that overlooks the sea, floor to ceiling French doors that gives brightness to the interiors and easy access to the pool area, sunbeds and outdoor sofas that makes the outside even more enjoyable especially in the warmest days.

The inside is just terrific, furnished with top- quality materials and a particular attention to details makes this wonderful estate one of the best in this area.

The bedrooms are spacious and bright some with direct access to the pool area. Villa Orion is spread over two levels as follows:

Ground floor:
2 Suites, each with a double bedroom (double bed with two single mattresses) and en-suite bathroom with shower.
1 Studio with 140x190cm double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, kitchenette and terrace.

First Floor:
Living room with TV. Access to terraces an outdoor lounge.
Dining room with equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
Pantry with washer.
Guest bathroom with shower.
1 Master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. Access to the terrace and sea views.

Outside:
Large furnished terrace with outdoor lounge, dining area with beautiful sea views.
Private 4.5 x9m pool.
Covered outdoor dining area.

Neighbourhood and surroundings:
Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
late check-in 20:00–00:00 = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR
A security deposit of 2000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.

Included in price: Electricity, gas, water, garden maintenance and swimming pool. One cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels every week.
Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day under request and previous acceptation, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per booking, reservations fee € 30 per booking.
Final cleaning: € 300 to pay upon arrival
