Located in the Natural Park of Cala d'Hort, the house is located in the middle of nature and has magnificent views of the sea and 15,000 square meters of land, fenced by the front protecting and separating the property from the road.
It is located near the beach of Cala d'Hort, emblematic place for its fantastic views of 'Es Vedrá', and a few kilometers from the 'Torre del Pirata' or 'Sa Pedrera' (Atlantis). Just 2 km from the quiet town of Es Cubells where there are some restaurants, a small local supermarket and a playground, as well as spectacular views of the island of Formentera. The house is in an ideal place to enjoy the landscape, views and tranquility of the area. It is essential to have a car to get around.
