Overlooking the south of the island, this villa is the perfect choice for your holidays in Ibiza, with an ideal location. The house is divided into three floors and decorated with a classic and rustic touch.
It is based on a land of one thousand one hundred square meters, the villa is four hundred square meters, including the terraces - On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with its own bathroom and a large laundry / storage room. Going up to the house you will find a spacious living and dining room, which will take you to the patio and the pool area.
The kitchen is modern, with all the facilities, including dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a pantry and a toilet. On this floor is the main door.
The three remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor, each with its own bathroom, one of the bedrooms with a private balcony and the other two share a huge terrace overlooking the garden and the pool area.
There is another roof terrace on the roof with a panoramic view of the old town of Ibiza, the Salinas and the Mediterranean Sea.
The exterior of the house is fantastic - the furniture is of the highest quality, with a well-kept garden surrounding the pool area and solarium. The pool is always clean since we have a new automatic system, which constantly maintains the perfect levels.
All these amenities and services are just a few minutes walk from the beach and shops, we emphasize that there are not many houses like this so close to the city.
