Cozy, lovingly furnished idyll ideal for 2 people. Also possible for 4 people (sofa bed). Lateral sea view. In 2 minutes walk you are at the Mediterranean Sea and feel the sand between your toes. Spring climate until mid-December. (Please also have a look at our other property 2600084)
The apartment is in the heart of Cala Millor. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shopping and a doctor / pharmacy can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. The apartment is furnished to a high standard (renovated in 2019). With us you can let your mind wander. Enjoy your vacation and relax in our beautiful apartment. You will not regret it.

Wonderful place!

A super pleasant apartment with everything you could imagine. Nothing was missing, not even beach gear and games. Stephanie was always communicative and flexible throughout our stay. Additionally, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area and a beautiful beach nearby. I highly recommend this apartment.

We recently spent 7 nights in this apartment on the 4th floor with elevator access, and it was a wonderful experience. The living room is bright and spacious, and the balcony offers a large view with both partial mountain and sea scenery — a beautiful combination to enjoy every morning. Die Wohnung ist nicht riesig, hat aber alles, was es braucht, um eine Woche super entspannten Urlaub "in den eigenen vier WĂ€nden" zu machen. Wir können uns eigentlich nur den ganzen tollen Bewertungen anschließen.Wir wĂ€ren knappe 2 Wochen in Cala Millor und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Stefanie's Wohnung. Bei ihr fĂŒhlt man sich tatsĂ€chlich als Gast und nicht nur als Kunde.In der Wohnung ist alles enthalten, was man fĂŒr einen tollen Aufenthalt benötigt. Selbst ein Sonnenschirm fĂŒr den Strand war vorhandenUnseren Mietwagen haben wir nur den ersten Abend im "WĂ€ldchen" abgestellt, aber weniger wegen der Tauben, sondern wegen der vielen und großen Schlaglöcher und der Enge des Platzes. Wir haben am nĂ€chsten Abend einen großen, befestigten Parkplatz in der Parallel - Straße ( beim Sportplatz) entdeckt und fortan dort geparkt. Keine Tauben, keine Schlaglöcher. Wir wĂŒrden uns jederzeit wieder fĂŒr Stefanie's Appartement entscheiden...top

Mein Kurzurlaub in Stefanies Appartement war rundum schön. Trotz meiner spĂ€ten Anreise lief der Check-In bzw. die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe unkompliziert und ich fĂŒhlte mich direkt wohl. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Cala Millor, direkt an der Promenade und es fehlt einem an nichts. Ich wĂŒrde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einer modernen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Betreuung war sehr nett und zuverlĂ€ssig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das einzige was nicht so schön war, war die große Baustelle in der Straße und daher war es auf dem Balkon immer sehr laut.Wir wĂŒrden immer wieder gerne noch einmal kommen.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage. Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Strand und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in direkter NĂ€he. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man in kĂŒrzester Zeit an zahlreichen Buchten und diversen Einheimischen MĂ€rkten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

9 Tage Urlaub zum WohlfĂŒhlen

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Steffi sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Super Lage, der Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus jeden Tag ein Traum! Kurze Wege zum Strand und auf die Promenade. Mit Mietwagen guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge quer ĂŒber die Insel. Steffi hat ganz viele Tipps, fĂŒr alle, die mehr von der Insel sehen wollen, als die typischen Touri-Hotspots. Was die ParkplĂ€tze angeht: wir haben jeden Tag einen Parkplatz rund um die Wohnung bekommen. Unserem Mietwagen ist nie was passiert, weder wurde er vollgeschissen noch gabs Dellen oder Kratzer! Allerdings waren wir auch eine Woche vor den Sommerferien in NRW da, jetzt mag es vermutlich voller sein in der Gegend. Was die LautstĂ€rke angeht: es ist nicht leise, aber das ist auch völlig normal! In der Umgehung arbeiten Menschen, wo andere Urlaub machen! Uns hat es aber wirklich gar nicht gestört. Wer viel selbst kochen möchte, muss sich darauf vorbereiten, dass in der kleinen KĂŒchenzeile und vor allem auf den beiden kleinen HerdflĂ€chen keine großen Koch-KunststĂŒcke zu erwarten sind. Aber hey - die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind toll, der Strand ist toll, wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😊

El apartamento es espacioso, con unas buenas vistas y el trato del anfitrion es muy agradable desde el primer dia. Todo esto lo valoraria con un 10. Lo malo es que en el anuncio pone que el servicio de limpieza es opcional y una vez alquilado te avisa de que tienes que pagar un suplemento de 65 euros por servicio de limpieza. Lo que en nuestro caso que estuvimos 4 dias encarecio mucho el precio final. Lo de mas todo muy bien.

Eigentlich alles super

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt ĂŒber 6 NĂ€chte sehr genossen. Anreise: Obwohl wir erst spĂ€t abends ankamen, funktionierte die indirekte SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe mittels Safe an der HĂ€userwand problemlos. Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr zwei Personen ausreichend Groß und nett eingerichtet. Sie war zudem sauber und aufgerĂ€umt. Ebenfalls waren mehrere HandtĂŒcher sowie zwei Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Lage: Die Lage ist ,wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sehr zentral. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und ein Aldi sowie diverse Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass durch das Abendprogramm der umliegenden Hotels oft bis spĂ€t in die Nacht laut Musik zu hören ist. Die Fenster können das jedoch relativ gut eindĂ€mmen. Wir hatten damit persönlich keine Probleme. Gastgeberin: Der Kontakt zu Stefanie war einfach und angenehm. Auf Wunsch hat sie auch eine Liste von Empfehlungen parat. Manko: Das einzige nennenswerte Manko ist das schlechte WLAN. Damit konnten wir leider nichts anfangen. Es hat fĂŒr die kleinsten AktivitĂ€ten im Internet nicht so richtig ausgereicht. Serien kann man damit auf jeden Fall nicht gucken. DafĂŒr hat man einen Fernseher mit deutschen Sendern. Fazit: Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die sich fĂŒr den Preis auf jeden Fall lohnt. Wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen.

FĂŒrs Feiern okay, fĂŒr Erholung nicht geeignet.

Die Kommunikation mit Stefanie war super, Check in und out lief reibungslos und ohne großen Aufwand. Stefanie konnte uns noch eine Highlights der Insel geben und war immer erreichbar. Daher gibt’s 5 v. 5 Sterne fĂŒr die Kommunikation. Wer zum feiern kommt, sollte mit der Wohnung zufrieden sein, man muss allerdings damit rechnen, dass es generell sehr laut ist. Die MĂŒllabfuhr ist nach Mitternacht unterwegs und in der FußgĂ€ngerzone, welche nur einige Meter entfernt ist, ist immer etwas los. Nacht hört man die feiernden und die dazugehörige Musik, ebenfalls sind viele Auto Poser auf den danebenliegenden Straßen unterwegs. Der Parkplatz neben dem Haus hat viele BĂ€ume, wer dort parkt muss morgens das Auto sauber machen, da dort Unmengen an Tauben sitzen. Es Gab nicht eine Nacht wo das Auto davon verschont wurde. Alternative ParkplĂ€tze sind sehr rar oder man muss sehr weit laufen. Des Weiteren hat die Waschmaschine nicht gut gerochen, da die TĂŒr von ihr scheinbar immer geschlossen ist. Ebenfalls fanden wir noch Haare von rasieren des Vormieters an den WĂ€nden der Dusche. Im großen und ganzen war der Geruch im Bad nicht angenehm. In der KĂŒche war nur ein Lappen und ein Geschirrtuch vorhanden, vor dem ersten Mal kochen musste ich die Töpfe etc. selbst nochmal sauber machen, da noch die Reste vom VorgĂ€nger daran hingen.
