Villa Shalom is the perfect vacation villa. Really spacious, perfectly located, fully equipped. The views from the pool, living, kitchen and main bedroom are stunning. The interior design is simple but good quality and relaxing. The agency allowed us an early check-in with extra charges, but it was very welcome as our flight was very early. You cannot use the garage but you can park in the drive. I would come back tomorrow. Monica E. (Spain)

Nice house near the sea

+ House as described, nearby airport did not bother us, close to supermarkets, easy and early check in with keysafe, comfortable beds, good sunshades - WiFi did not work for some days, contacted the agency, but no help. No basics (salt, pepper, soap, shower gel), house runs on salted water (not drinkable), maybe therefor doshwasher did not work properly

Es alojamiento es precioso y tiene una ubicación espectacular a dos pasos de cala la olla donde puedes bajar al mar y hacer snorkel con muchos peces. La única objeción que tiene la casa y según el coste tendría que tener aire acondicionado dado que los ventiladores de pie que tiene hacen muchisimo ruido y considero que es una villa de lujo que la desmerece mucho. Por otro lado también hemos echado de menos cosas esenciales para cocinar como un poco de aceite/vinagre/sal así como para aseo gel/champú/ bolsas de basura y alguna dosis para la lavadora, creo que es algo que en las casas siempre debe haber.Por lo general muy bien sitio muy tranquilo y relajante al que volvería.

The villa was great right what we expected. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa with a sea view then this is the place for you! It really was a great stay, lovely to be able to stay somewhere so nice and comfortable. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, right to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. All in all an excellent villa which I can highly recommend.

The property was extremely comfortable and well equipped. I would highly recommend this villa for a perfect holiday. For 5 people it was plenty big enough as we spent most of the time outdoors anyway. Great spacious terrace and nice sea views from the terrace and the pool area. The property was really cute and excellent value for money. One has hardly noticed anything of both. We will be using this agency again. Thanks very much for making our holiday so easy. We were worried that after looking at the photos of the villa that it wouldnt be as nice but it was lovely.

NO SOLUCIONARON LOS PROBLEMAS

Tuvimos un problema desagradable desde el primer día con el fregadero atascado. Con la mala higiene y mal olor que eso implica. Tardaron TRES días en venir a solucionarlo y nos encontramos con que la persona encargada de arreglarlo, no puede hacerlo porque se trata de un problema mucho más grave. Los propietarios no hicieron un buen mantenimiento de la casa y la fosa séptica estaba llena. Por eso se atascó el fregadero. Tuvo que venir un camión desde Mahón para vaciar la fosa séptica (esto se podría haber solucionado meses antes, dicho por los fontaneros) y tuvimos que aguantar los terribles olores. No pudimos utilizar la cocina durante los 4 primeros días de nuestra estancia porque no acudieron de inmediato a solucionar un problema que encima podrían haber evitado. Lo peor de todo es que se quieren quitar el problema de encima y nos acusan a nosotros de fraude. Llamamos a un número de teléfono más de 10 veces hasta que obtuvimos respuesta. La persona encargada de atender al cliente no podía ser más desagradable... y encima la agencia se quita el problema de encima por haber llamado al administrador de la propiedad para solucionar el problema y no a ellos. Cuando el teléfono que te facilitan es el del administrador de la propiedad sin darte más información. Una vergüenza de trato y atención al cliente.

We hade great holiday as the location of the villa is fantastic. Over all the amenities of the house were all ok. Kitchen, even if all the appliance were quite old, was well furnish. We had an issue with the gas and we call for assitance. Your agent show up in half an hour and solve the issue. We really appreciate that.
