Beautiful gem in Mount Etna
Posted Aug. 11, 2017 on HotelsAt first we were a bit worried as we couldn't find the hotel in the sat nav, but then after we put in the coordinates we found on google maps, we found the gorgeous, serene and peaceful Ai Vecchi Crateri Hotel! We had the beautifully designed room 9 which is on the 1st floor with the view of the hotel's outdoor and pretty communial area. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise for us, as nowhere around Mount Etna, had we seen such delicate and beautiful, art and design come together to blend into a wonderful homely and comfortable place to stay. The hotel is run by a family whom pay a lot of importance to satisfying their customers and are so good at making you feel welcome. Michelle served us, and he knows a little English and communicating with him was easy. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

Very close to Etna

Pros: Proximity to Mount Etna
Cons: Have staff learn more English
Location: Mount Etna/Taormina and Messina
Even though this place is very isolated, there is a magnificent view of the live volcano on Mount Etna. Surprising as it may seem the resort contains all the necessities you would find in a city center. One drawback though, the staff barely speaks English so communication tends to be troublesome at times.

Posted Aug. 24, 2017 on Hotelsprenotando velocemente l'ubicazione non era quella che pensavamo, nonstante questo ci siamo trovati bene e il soggiono si e svolto nel miglior modo. buonissimi i dolci e la frutta a colazone. il silenzio regna nella struttura per chi desidera il riposo è perfetto

ubicación excelente servicios los justos

Nevera de la habitación no funcionaba, la televisión necesitaba una cuña de madera para que el conector pudiese enchufarse. El restaurante comida básica sin mas.Desayuno servido a la mesa pero limitado a tostadas y un pedazo de plumcake.
