This was a half step above a Motel 6. Old and looks nice until you walk around and then get to your room and actually want to sleep. Beds are cardboard and the sheets are like ruff paper towels in a public bath. The only thing they have going for them is the staff they were great. But everything including the jacuzzi to the old mildew smell in the rooms and old 32” tvs with no channel guid and had to turn it on with the button on the tv. But could barely see it from the bed. I will never stay in a La Quinta Inn again. I promise!!! The reviews and pictures of this place were so deceiving and probably were paid. Pealing paint everywhere and a/c units leaking this needs to be 1 1/2 star hotel. Don’t stay here if you need to get sleep!

The good:Polite staff, plenty of parking, breakfast was good (waffles,hash brown, eggs, yogurt ,milk ,cereal) close to UCI which at a D was reason to stay. The bad: rooms aren’t very clean, floor dirty bad stains, looked like blood in one spot. Coffee maker doesn’t work and the walls are very thin. Couldn’t get a good nights rest.

The property was convenient and affordable for this particular trip. The breakfast was good and food selection was good. The property could use sone updating however, saw lots of rust and chipped paint. The Tv remote would not turn tv on or off. The staff was excellent super nice and accommodating. They allowed me to store my bags for a few hours.

A/C was left on wasting energy. The top lock was broken and seenms it got broken into and no full repairs were made to the door. Felt unsafe, also due to the fact that people were outisde their rooms shouting. Second time here, peehaps having a staff memeber ensure people keepit down, might help some of us traveling for work sleep a bit.
