This 2 story apartment home is perfect for families visiting with its large and spacious floor plan. Each bedroom has it's own attached full bathroom as well as a King sized memory foam bed and a 55" 4K Roku TV. Make yourself a coffee every morning with our Keurig - Kcups, creamers, sugar and tea provided. Need more beds? We have 2 foldable twin beds for you to use and the sofa turns into a Queen sized pull out bed. The living room has a 55" 4K Roku TV. If you choose to stay in the home, I provide board games also! Need to work? The home has free fast 200Mbs Wifi.
We offer a lot of baby items so families can pack lighter. A traditional bed is available in this home and a stroller, high chair and baby bath.
The complex is small and well lit. Your reservation comes with 1 reserved parking spot in the gated parking area - additional parking is available as well for $10 a night. I'm a big believer in safety so not only do you need a code to get into the parking area and a code to get into the actual complex but the home comes with a home security system which allows you self-check-in using our door keypad.
Home is just minutes away from Downtown Santa Ana and just a short drive to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Angel's Stadium and much more

Amazing hosts
Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. This particular unit is right on the street and could be noisy at times. The unit has shades to help keep out the light at night but since it is right on the street we didn't open them during the day as we didn't want everyone seeing into the unit. I wouldn't bring a truck to the parking garage, I am not sure it would fit and you have to make a tight turn down a one way street to access garage. The absolute best thing about this unit is the host Jen. She is amazing. Upon arrival on Easter Sunday we didn't have enough towels and pillows. Almost immediately she had the housekeeping service out there with extra supplies. One day we had major issues with no hot water and terrible water pressure. Jen responded super fast at 6:30 in the morning and allowed us to use a neighboring unit for our showers until it could be fixed later in the day. I think for those looking for a budget friendly stay this is a great option.

Just Ok.
Travelled to LA with my family to go to Disneyland for the first time so looked for a place in and around Anaheim. Pictures and reviews looked promising so booked it. Upon booking received an immediate reply from the host. Great! But when I replied inquiring about a possible early check in, we never received a reply. Ok, that’s fine, we will find things to do while we wait for check in. Arrived and had received very clear instructions for checking in. That was very good. Instructions were clear and had the key information needed for parking. Once in the place, a few small things we noticed. Some dishes were still wet, floors were dirty (socks were quite dirty after walking around) — to be fair not sure if most people wear shoes inside. Otherwise the place looked very much like the photos. Appreciated having 3 TVs in the place, and rooms very spacious. However, our biggest challenge was the water. It took a long time (literally +5min) to get hot water running, and would probably only run warm for 10-15min. Water pressure was very low too. I messaged the host and they said it was normal. Ok. That’s fine. It wasn’t a deal breaker. The parking, you do have to get out of your car and manually punch a code to get in and out. Also especially around Wed, Thurs, Friday, it would get kinda loud in the neighborhood — people hangin out, cars revving loudly as the place is close to DT Santa Ana. That all said, the place was just ok. 3/5.

Very nice property
Excellent property - felt very safe and plenty of room. Having the two bedrooms with bathrooms is great. Good location for where we needed to be. Joel was extremely helpful when we arrived and followed up to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay! The host was awesome at sending us details a few days before our trip, everything was exactly as described, apartment was clean and really nice. We loved the security from the gated parking to the security system on the unit. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Great location for Theme Parks
We enjoyed this condo/town home. All interactions with owner were pleasant and helpful. It was close to theme parks and just far enough away to not be in the crazy all the time. Lots of great food and things to do near the unit. Very secure and we felt safe the whole time. Neighbors were quiet. Easy to check in and out. We had a fantastic trip!

Disneyland Trip
Overall really liked this place! There was so much room for me, my husband, and our friends with their 2 kids. The photos of the place were spot on so we knew exactly what it was going to look like when we got to the property. Tons of counter space in the bedroom, kind of limited in the bathroom but there was basically an empty drawer below the sink and that had plenty of room for the toiletries. Each bathroom had shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap was available as well. Each room had towels, blankets, pillows, and bed were all so comfortable too! Entering the complex and exiting, we felt very safe that it was gated. Only part that I would say we felt slightly uncomfortable with was the front door going right out to the street/sidewalk. We never went through there just the "backdoor." But overall, a really nice and convenient place for us to stay when we went to Disney. We'll probably end up staying here again when we come back :)

Perfect with one exception
This property was perfect for our stay. Pros: very comfortable beds, very clean, nicely appointed, aesthetically a very good looking property. Cons, the water pressure. We reached out to the owner who were very prompt in responding and had someone come by and look at it but it didn't make a difference.

Family vaca
Loved this place. I have never rented before and was skeptical because pictures aren't always accurate. This house was spot on. Very kid/infant friendly. There was a crib for my grandson and more than enough space for us all. Full kitchen which made it great for making your own meals. Definitely will stay again if in the area.
