Perfect location, stress-free stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience at the Avania Inn. The location is unbeatable—you are within walking distance to the beach and all the best food spots, so we barely needed the car. Speaking of the car, the parking is free and there was ample availability, which is a huge rarity in Santa Barbara! The staff were super lovely and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze; it was incredibly smooth with no surprise deposit hassles, just straight to the room. If you are looking for a convenient, friendly, and honest place to stay in Santa Barbara, I highly recommend booking here.

This hotel was ok. Truly felt bad for the gentleman who was working when we went to check in. The computer was down, the lobby was packed and he was trying to assist the inpatient customers along with fix the problem to allow everyone to check in. The gentleman at the desk I commend him for his diligence and patience with the customers. The room is why i gave it three stars. The location is ok, the bed was horrible, it was very loud when you made any move, very uncomfortable. The little balcony off of the room was nice, but the drapes were filthy. The white one on the inside had what looked like mold or dirt on the bottom. The regular one smelled really bad and you can tell hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. For the price we paid for this hotel, I can honestly say I will look elsewhere next time.

This is my second time staying here. Nice room with view. Very close to downtown SB, maybe a 5 minute drive. The waffles and coffee in the morning were fantastic.

Good service clean room I would stay again. We had a great time good Location your problem I had was with the kids running around the hallways and in the morning the breakfast cart coming out through the hallway was extremely loud other than that still a really good hotel.
