Cute but loud in the AM

Pulling into the lot quite a bit of homeless people in the area. While the room was wondeful the beds were hard and once it reached 8am it was very loud. The staff or guests made continuous noise until about 10am. There is concrete walkways so all the cards were terribly loud. Beware if you think you can sleep in.

We had an amazing 👏 time in Santa Barbara! The hotel is walkable distance to downtown all the attractions, restaurants, and the beach! Very friendly and helpful people. The room was very clean, comfortable beds and good breakfast! Faustina's service was was great! Everyone here very friendly we felt safe and definitely will be back!

A lot of things. Pool was not clean. Left a film on my body. Hot tub was full of bubbly stuff. In the room, the bathroom door would not even half close. The door needs to be shaven off on the bottom. Some of the walls were dirty. Breakfast items were not refilled and we were there mid breakfast time. It was not a quiet place. We could hear our neighbors conversations! We were disappointed since it was not cheap rate we received.

Nice hotel really close to the beach, but our room had a balcony that faced the pool and parking lot and beyond the parking lot fence homeless people. Not a great view and thus didn't motivate us to use the balcony. The bed was very comfortable but our room was the first room in a hallway with a security door, and so we heard everyone coming and going through the door. Couldn't get the tv to work but had many other activities so ended up not asking front desk what was wrong. Bathroom has a nice shower but only half covered by glass. So half the shower is open. Don't really care for those. The guys at the front desk are super friendly and helpful though, and the morning breakfast there is top notch with waffles, sausage, hash browns, eggs, juice, bagels, cereal, and a great espresso automatic coffee maker that had cappuccino, lattes, or just regular coffee or hot water for tea. This place is decently priced for.being so close to the beach, and the few things mentioned and fairly minor. One other thing, there was a hot tub and pool that looked nice, but we didnt have time to try it.

It was weird that the staff came in, saying they had to check the iron and make sure no water was inside of it. I found it odd, I think they thought we weren’t in the room and wanted to look through our stuff.
