Newly refurbished rooms, halls and lobby remodel in progress. Good location on State and walking distance to most restaurants, shops and venues. Staff was fantastic, they even charged my electric car during valet! Super reasonable right now while it's being remodeled.

I was in town for a wedding and this hotel was perfect for my first time in Santa Barbara. The renovations are beautiful and the staff could not have been better. Fantastic location - I was able to walk to all 3 wedding events and down to the pier one morning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice room with bathtub , although view of parking lot and noisy maintenance on lobby were surprises. Staff was helpful and friendly. New decor gorgeous. Especially appreciated the convenient water bottle filling stations.

The re-model is very nice. Rooms are a little dark but that is the vibe. Bed was comfortable. State St side was a bit noisy but we were warned! Loved the bath products and the kettle/coffee set up were a nice touch. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Great property! It’s at the very heart of downtown Santa Barbara. My room was facing the street, so it was a bit noisy as it was a Friday night and SB is a college town. But the property itself is great and has many amenities!

The hotel is good but for the price per room I wish the survive be much better. No restaurant on the property and no breakfast there. There was only sandwiches a-la breakfast but they run out it usually before 10am. I have to request cleaning service every day and the service is very, very slow. The property not bad in over all but I don’t recommend it if you need to get it equal: price and service.
