We have an Irreplaceable Location with Direct Ocean Views from the back unit. Only 1 Block Off Ocean. The only area separating The BACK COTTAGE accross the street and the Ocean is the Beautiful Santa Barbara Park!
Come discover the charm, beauty and diversity of Santa Barbara from the convenience and peace of The Cottages at East Beach.
The Back unit is fully furnished with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 60” HD TV's w/ Blue Ray DVD, Wireless Internet access, as well as off-street parking. The property is recently renovated and the interiors are professionally decorated to provide our guests with the ultimate in style and comfort. The cottage offers views to Cabrillo Park and the ocean. We have two stroller-joggers, beach chairs and towels, pack-n-plays and some beach toys. This cottage is a true getaway that has it all. Come, relax and enjoy the spirit of Santa Barbara!

This unique location allows you to literally walk across the street to famed East Beach and be within walking distance to the waterfront and harbor, downtown as well as Montecito, For those who want to venture farther out there is the wine country and many other worthwhile attractions. This is a delightful property to hold family reunions and is extremely kid friendly. The nearby zoo and enticing playgrounds make great play time while Santa Barbara hosts a variety of fabulous eateries for every taste and budget. The location was ideal for beach access and you can park three cars in the driveway. The backyard has a great view of the ocean and an area for lounging For the size of the cottage, the bedrooms were nice and large. I would recommend staying at this cottage to family and friends.

We had a great stay at the cottage. Check in was easy. Everything was super in the house and the location was just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. It was nice to sit outside in the private backyard and enjoy a cup of coffee and take in some sunshine. Looking forward to rebooking on our next trip to Santa Barbara.

Upon arrival the check in/ entry of the home was easy with no complications. The East Cottage was clean and we felt very comfortable. Our beds were very comfy with clean cotton sheets and plush comforters. The house has all the basic amenities a beautiful view, centrally located for our trip. I loved that the furnishings were not your average cold cheap IKEA feel. The house is very charming. We have no complaints and the host was great. Thank you for a great stay. (Only wished the beds were bigger, but they were very comfy)

Wonderful, relaxing place to stay for several days with our two fur babies. The location is excellent, just about a block from the gorgeous beach. The cottage is very clean and comfy, stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Our two dogs enjoyed playing in the completely fenced in backyard right off of the living room area. We enjoyed walking along State Street with all of its many shops and restaurants. David, the host was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

We loved our stay at East Beach Cottage! The proximity to the beaches and area attractions are prime. David is an accommodating host with quick response time to our questions. The pictures online are exactly what we got, including views of the beach from the fenced in backyard.

Great location for easy walks to walkway and bike lanes along ocean front. The walk up to the pier at night was amazing. The rooms are good size and the kitchen was perfect for us - Kurig coffee maker with coffee!, great fridge and range. The small fenced in backyard area is nice - well furnished with chaors and couch, table and umbrella. A bit boxed in by the high hedge and fence, but really good for coffee and reading in the fresh air. And the parking is great. Long-ish driveway leaves car right by the door to unit. Awesome.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Perfect walkable neighborhood, perfect location just steps from the beach, a lovely cottage with french doors to enjoy the Santa Barbara weather! My wife and I loved everything about our stay. Very communicative host.
